Product was great, it simply did not fit my vehicle. Seller (VirVentures) is the by far the worst company I had a pleasure of dealing with. Returns are accepted but it is a nightmare trying to get anything back to them. When they finally accept a refund, you are expected to cover the shipping. That's understandable although that practice is being fazed out by many other companies. Two weeks after the package reaches their provided return address and I hear nothing from them. Did not receive a single dollar back. Upon contacting the seller, then Amazon, then the seller again in the span of four days, I received an e-mail telling me they would issue a refund in 3-5 days after they deduct a 20% restock fee. Wait, what?

Ordered a product through Amazon Prime. VirVentures labeled the "seller" on my Amazon order. All I saw during 2 weeks wait was "running late". Contacted Fedex as they were listed as the delivery company. No package had even been given to Fedex. Using VirVenture's virtual support, no help, calling the company after 25 minutes of hold, no help and someone will call me back as soon as they can to address. Most reviews are very negative and a scam. Cancelled order through Amazon. Waiting for credit on my account. Would NEVER accept this companies services again

Delivery was damaged. That had us pay to ship back, then had the balls to charge us restocking fee for damaged merchandise. Asked us to track the package which was delivered to them in 2 days but 2 weeks later was claiming they did not receive. Unethical and a scam. Horrible people to do business with.

Worst company ever. Stole $1,100. Ordered barstools on 4/31. Never shipped. Won't answer phone calls or emails. Call their phone number before ordering. No one will answer. SCAM

I bought a piece of furniture from this company by accident. I tried to cancel it immediately. VirVentures completely ignored my cancellation request and shipped the item several days later. My advice is do not buy from VirVentures. They do not care about their customers in any way.

Placed an order from Walmart. Had no idea it came from a third party. When the item arrived it was in an Amazon box with invoice showing I overpaid. The item was also opened so I wanted to return it. The agent told me the agents at the border opened it and there should be no issues. I don't believe them, nor would I want something that is opened. After a few weeks of being misled and jumping through various hoops I had my refund processed. Now I am still fighting with them to pay me for returning the product (paid out of pocket as they said they would reimburse me for that as well). They have indicated they sent it via PayPal, but after speaking to PayPal they don't see anything. Another lie this company gave me. These people are a scam and anyone who gives a good review has never delt with them.

Based off the reviews I'm now reading, I seriously doubt I'm going to get the item! Ordered a birthday gift, a Dragon Ball Z Grandista figure, for my husband. It shows delivered two days ago. No it was not! The city it was supposedly delivered too I've no idea where that it. Highly concerned I've been duped as many are stating they've been. Considering I ordered via WalMart, I figured this was a reputable company. This is absolute BS!

I placed an order with this seller through WalMart and found a better price immediately after on Amazon. I tried to cancel the order right away but it required me to message the seller to initiate the return process. I messaged them, no response for several days (breaching the 2 day SLA stated) and they shipped it anyway. Then I called up to complain, they told me there's nothing they can do and to process a return. I get the item, process return, they have the nerve to charge a 15% restocking fee and make me cover shipping. This is the worst online seller I've dealt with through thousands of purchases. STAY FAR AWAY :(

I placed an order through Sears. Via Ventures was the subcontracted vendor. UPS delivered and empty box, I then contacted Sears and Vir Ventures, they called my order "damaged" and refused to send the product that I ordered. A total scam, do not purchase from this fraudulent company.

I ordered a cable for my booster. It does not have the proper ends. I called trying to return it they do not answer their phone. I did get a call. Could not under stand what they were saying to much static in the phone. I asked to please call back on a better phone, good luck If the company would answer their It would be great I gave up, lost $25. They will not get any of my business

Wrong Item Received... Not Even Walmart Customer Service will help. I don't even think I will return it now, probably won't ever see my money. Will sell it on Craigslist before they get it back and resell it without ever thinking about giving me my money back! Scum of the earth! Don't Order from them!
Attorney General will hear from me, everyone else do the same. Get the scum shut down!

This company has the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered a kitchen island almost THREE MONTHS AGO. I received half of the package and not the the second half. I have called Vir Ventures and Sears (who the order was placed through) almost every single day since then. Every day an employee tells me that they are escalating the issue and to wait to get a response in 2-3 days. Not once have a received a call back. They refuse to tell me where the rest of my product is and refuse to give me a refund. They literally STOLE 200 dollars from me. I had to call my bank and report them as fraud. Absolutely insane. I recommend no one to ever purchase anything from these people.
