Well Sylvia, as I mentioned to in my other posts (and all of the other customers who posted 41 ONE STAR REVIEWS), Vir Ventures is a SCAM COMPANY that sells substandard, defective merchandise to consumers and therefore cares less about customer satisfaction and more about profit. For these reasons, I highly doubt you will receive a return label or get a refund for your item. Your best bet is to purchase items through Amazon that has excellent customer support and returns (or another reputable business).
