I was thinking about buying a coffee table from them through Sears. However, the 5 star reviews on here and other sites are clearly fake, it's almost laughable. I'm definitely not buying anything from them, bullet dodged.

Bought joico shampoo and conditioner off them through Walmart and its completely fake. Smells like chemicals and has no fragrance. Refused to give me a refund because it was more than 7 days. Then tried telling me it must be Joico's fault but also if the bottle looks legit it also must be real. $#*! these people. Waste of 47$

Long story short- bought a product, cancelled order an hour later (twice). Seller unable to cancel nor are they willing to contact carrier to cancel delivery. Product description CLEARLY states full refund within 30 days. No mention of paying return shipping, yet they are trying to charge me to return the item. Horrible phone customer service - horrible. 95% of my shopping is done on line and I have NEVER encountered such atrocious service. AVOID this seller and the hassle that comes with dealing with them.

This company is just a bunch of scammers who over charge you and don't even have the items in stock! I called to ask for a refund and they said they would only give me 20% back because of restocking fees! This is so pathetic! Do not order or support this business!

I ordered something fro Walmart.com that came from this outside company and NEVER received my order months later. When I called the customer service rep could barely speak English and told me there was an issue with delivery and I would not be receiving the item I purchased and offered me a full refund. I was told I would have a full refund in 2 - 3 business days several weeks ago, and have not yet been refunded. I tried calling the company back and all of their phone numbers are no longer in service! This is such a SCAM! They should be shut down!

4 weeks of struggling with these people. They sent the wrong item. Wouldn't pay for return shipping. Their reps deny their own policy, which states that shipping refunds will be given for incorrect items.

Opened a case with Amazon after 2 weeks and numerous messages. Tried to call them with the number they provided... nobody ever picked up. Finally got them to accept the return. I sent it, paid $15 for my own shipping, then they refunded half the item price. Had to contact Amazon again. They refunded the other half... but not the return shipping. Then, they pretended that they didn't approve me sending it back myself... after I had told them numerous times that was my only option.

I buy LOTS of things from Amazon. This was the absolute worst return I've ever experienced. Total disregard.

See below for the insane amount of Emails on this order. Should I have given up $100? How about $15?

I ordered an item and they will not honor the full refund. They are charging a restocking fee on top of a shipping fee for a product that has never been opened. Im disappointed Walmart would even continue to work with this company. I will keep calling walmart.com until they honor the full refund or remove the vendor from its website. I only wish I had checked out these reviews before I ordered. I hope the extra fees were worth it AMI!

Ordered a product through Walmart.ca. Order arrived in an Amazon.com box and included an Amazon.com invoice which, including the exchange rate, showed that I paid nearly double what the actual price was. Reached out to AMI with my complaint and requested a refund of the difference. Customer service refused to refund me anything as it would cut in to their profit and said the supplier, Amazon.com, had included the invoice by mistake. I will never buy anything from AMI Ventures again and I strongly advise everyone else to steer clear as well.

Buyer beware big time. If you make the innocent mistake in ordering a product via Walmart that is arranged to be shipped by these imposters, don't hold your breath! I ordered an Air bed in April it's now mid June and I don't even have a tracking number established. Walmart has no idea where my paid for Air Bed is and nobody has any idea on how to reach the Shipper for answers. Please don't be a victim of these Zombies.

This has been a horrible experience with this company. I returned a coat rack within 4 days of receiving it in same good condition on June 10. I have been emailing twice a week ever since for refund status, only to receive same standard reply that it's being expedited. Of course it's not even being addressed. Their voice mail is full. This is a total SCAM.

Damaged Bed

I purchased a bed on Amazon, which they were the seller. Upon receipt of the bed i discovered the product was damaged. Here we are three weeks later and I still have not received a return bill of lading or my refund. I've emailed everyone from the CEO of Amazon to the senior manager. I've contacted the consumer affairs division who advised me to file a complaint. First, if you thinking of buying any product from this company or another company who uses them as a third party-DONT. If you are one of the unlucky ones who have had the misfortune of dealing with them. I can only offer my my 2 cents. Make sure you document everything. I encourage you to download the refund policy and customer guarantee. This company will give you the run around, don't be discouraged. Once you have sufficient documentation contact your credit card company and file a dispute. Then let you CC company take it from there.

Do not purchase merchandise from this company. Horrible customer service. Nobody will answer the phone. The table I ordered 60 days ago never arrived and I can't get in touch with anyone to issue a refund. Just bogus emails and never a returned phone call.

Ordered bunk beds from this company though Walmart too somehow. Half of a bed came and they did not contact us at all about the rest of the missing parts. Their solution was to refund us $30 of the $430 we spent for two beds. They are not a legit company and do not trust anything they say or have on the site. They don't have what they say they do and customer service does not work with them. I have zero idea how this company is still allowed to be operating.

Ordered a Christmas present on 12/13 which has not yet arrived. I have tried contacting them several times. One number no longer in service, one number the mailbox is full and not accepting messages. No responses to emails. Live chat said just to call. This company is a disgrace; I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Horrible customer service
December 16, 2020

Ordered something for my son for Xmas... never got it. Filed a complaint with Vir Ventures and all we get are "please allow 3 days for us to review" and we hear nothing from them. Now on our 3 go around trying to get the product we ordered over a month ago. Looks like a big scam to me.

This company is terrible! They falsely advertised and then blamed me, the customer for the error. Like I was the one to post the wrong picture. On an $890 item, they were going to "graciously give me a $100 refund". I said no. I returned the item. Now they won't give me my refund. AND, they've stopped answering my emails and calls. SCAM! If I could, they would get negative star ratings for everything.

Product was great, it simply did not fit my vehicle. Seller (VirVentures) is the by far the worst company I had a pleasure of dealing with. Returns are accepted but it is a nightmare trying to get anything back to them. When they finally accept a refund, you are expected to cover the shipping. That's understandable although that practice is being fazed out by many other companies. Two weeks after the package reaches their provided return address and I hear nothing from them. Did not receive a single dollar back. Upon contacting the seller, then Amazon, then the seller again in the span of four days, I received an e-mail telling me they would issue a refund in 3-5 days after they deduct a 20% restock fee. Wait, what?

Ordered a product through Amazon Prime. VirVentures labeled the "seller" on my Amazon order. All I saw during 2 weeks wait was "running late". Contacted Fedex as they were listed as the delivery company. No package had even been given to Fedex. Using VirVenture's virtual support, no help, calling the company after 25 minutes of hold, no help and someone will call me back as soon as they can to address. Most reviews are very negative and a scam. Cancelled order through Amazon. Waiting for credit on my account. Would NEVER accept this companies services again
