His is an absolute HORRIBLE company. We have our own company and don't take a month to get customers their products. I emailed them about a St. Patty's day Irish shirt I ordered back in February, and never received a response. I emailed them again tonight to cancel my order because it is STILL sitting in Texas waiting for a shipping label to be created as of 13 March. I have never had any other shirt company take this long nor ignore customers the way Viralstyle does. This is a sham of a company, and I will be shouting from the hilltops to all of the military community and my friends and family across the world NOT to ever use this company. I am very disappointed because I was looking forward to wearing my shirt tomorrow for our family pictures. Now I am not ready. Thanks alot. I ordered a Super Bowl shirt. It took 20 days to get here. When I open to the it was the wrong shirt. I contacted customer service explain the problem. They had me take pictures and send them to. Then a told me it was the right shirt. I ordered a shirt That Cost $31.99My total was $34.68. That sure that I received was a $23.99 for a. Areas with large my totals it I paid was $34.68. When I talk to them they told me I bought the cheaper one and that was the reason it was that price was because of taxes and shipping cost. That's how it came up to $34.68. If they would take the $31.99 and add the tax of $2.69 comes up to the price of the shirt that I ordered because there was no shipping charge. My opinion after looking at all of these wonderful won in 2 star reviews they get I know I will never order junk from them am. I ordered my t-shirt in November and never received it! Thee only way to stop those "people" to still from us is to report them to authority what I did! They work from now on will be inspected!

Viralstyle, in my opinion doesn't deserve even one star. I ordered a hooded sweatshirt at a sale price, along with a hat. Even at the sale price, the price point should have been indicative of a high quality sweatshirt. Instead; what I received was a very thin, low quality, what I would describe hooded t-shirt! It's so thin that when you pull it over your head, you can literally see thru it! The elastic in the waistband is virtually non existent, and the bottom of the "sweatshirt" just hangs down below your waist. Regarding calling it a sweatshirt; that's a joke! I wore it outside on a cool morning over a cotton t-shirt while I took a long, brisk walk and got cold!
In regards to the cap/hat; the hat itself is very nice. The logo that they monogrammed on it is terrible! You literally can hardly read some of the printed words. Between these two items; I can't come up with another example that compares with the low quality of product, low workmanship, and overall disappointment in a company and it's product. I definitely will not ever recommend this company, or their product; and will definitely not be a returning customer. Attached photos: First picture is looking thru, seeing light thru the sweatshirt. 7 weeks on and no shirt... they said the courier tried to deliver it twice but it is a work address and we are here 7 days per week. No card left. Hubbies birthday over now. The company and tracking says its back in the USA... asked numerous times for a refund but they haven't done it. Their customer service is the worst i have seen. If i ran my business like they do, I wouldn't have a business. I want my money back. Feel ripped off again by companies overseas.

My boyfriend ordered a shirt from this company he saw advertised on Instagram. The shirt he ORDERED was DEFINITELY NOT the shirt we received. He ordered a shirt that was to have 6 Horror characters on it and what we got was 5 Horror characters and HITLER in place of the last! WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD ORDER A SHIRT WITH HITLER ON IT! He notified the company ASAP and was told to just take a Pic of the shirt he Ordered and to just keep the shirt we got! He did just that... a few hours later, he received a snarky email from a Christina Rowell, stating that the shirt we ordered was not advertised by their company. He had told me this and I immediately sent her an email with 3 pictures proving to her she was wrong. About 3 days later did she finally respond and stated they made a mistake and asked if we still wanted the original shirt we ordered or wanted a refund. I still wanted the shirt he ordered for me. She stated it would take 10-15 business days to send out. ONE MONTH after that email, we received NOTHING! NO SHIRT NO EMAIL! I quickly brought this to her attention, letting her know that they have officially STOLEN money from my boyfriend and if I did not hear back from them I would be taking legal action! It took 3 days for her to respond and stated if we RETURNED the shirt, they would refund our money! You best believe I will be returning the disgusting shirt we received with Hitler on it and will be damn sure they refund his money! TO ANY ONE READING... DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A JOKE AND THIEVES! I have NEVER dealt with such unprofessional-ism before in my life! If I could I would give ZERO STARS!

I bought two copies of a Bruce Springsteen Periodic table-style poster. Mine arrived today. The poster appears to have been printed from a massively enlarged JPEG file of no discernible quality. It's truly, truly dreadful. I have protested, with photographic evidence, and I have been told that I must return the posters - at MY expense - to obtain a refund. The second poster I first have to retrieve from another country, again, at my expense. The boilerplate nature of the emails I have been receiving suggests that this company is well used to complaints, and doesn't care about its own reputation. It both gladness and saddens me that from these reviews, it seems I'm not alone in feeling shafted. I have to give one star, but ViralStyle deserves none. Justin.

Yes, I know, nowadays it is a big business to buy some cheap bulk shirts, print a logo on them and sell them. Now this company calls itself GROWD FUNDING. YEP, Gildan sweater from Honduras costs in bulk sale 10 $ and under, print your logo on it or even better Take a LOGO like CHAMPION (my son did order it) and pay 70$. What a SCAM. Hope this kind of business is soon over like the DOT COM BUBBLE before more kids fall for it and kill their savings.

My sister ordered me an Endgame T-shirt for my birthday. I gave 3 stars because the company did a very good job in sending email updates about the status of the shirt and when it should arrive. The only problem a had with it is that the quality of the picture was very poor. Being a huge Marvel fan, I was able to tell who was who on the shirt, but for people who do not know the characters, this could be difficult because the faces are blurry and a bit darkened. I love the shirt because it was a birthday present, but I wish that the picture turned out better than it did.
