I ordered this at the beginning of May and even got an email saying it was printed and sent by the end of May. UPS however reports two months later they are still waiting for the product to arrive from Viralstyle in order to ship. Customer service was no help as they just offered up the same link I was using to UPS that has been waiting since early June for the product to come to them. I have already contacted my credit card for a refund out of principle... no one wants to feel cheated! I should have searched the web prior to ordering, I know, as there seem to be so many issues with this company. Never again!
Legitimately ordered a shirt and it was never delivered. USPS said it was but it never was. I understand that Viralstlye isn't liable but they offered no help to me as a first time user.
The tank was made of rough low quality material and the print was more orange than red. The print also tore when stretched for normal wear. Processing and handling was quick and efficient but I had hoped for a softer higher quality fabric and print for the price.
I ordered two Beauty & The Beast items. A hoodie and a shirt and nothing came. Contacted them basically said not their problem and now I'm out money.
With this site, I couldn't be more impressed. Products of good quality, timely delivery and excellent customer service.
I still have not recieved my order that was placed mid February. After I realized it was late I sent an email to the company with my invoice number and address to make sure it was going to the correct place. The response was that I needed to contact the post office. I then checked my original order to see my address had an error. Once I called their number customer service corrected it but wouldn't send out the shirt until it was back at their office. According to the tracking number they provided it already was! I just want the shirt I ordered and PAID for!
When I got my t-shirt I was very disappointed with the quality of print. I've only worn the t-shirt once and the print is already fading. I will report this through better business bureau.
I bought a t-shirt on the 21st of April and today 27th of May I still have no news about my order. Nobody responds the emails, I can not get a refund, I didn't get my t-shirt... basically I have lost $47! Don't buy from here. This is SCAM!
Size was way smaller than I expected. I ordered 3 x-large and 1 large. I had shirts made at a different place to get the correct size. Same order and same brand yours are at least two sizes smaller than I got from the other location.
I ordered a t shirt. $33. Absolutely terrible quality. I contacted them multiple times with no response. PayPal stepped in and they want me to pay the shipping. DO NO WASTE YOUR MOBEY ON THEIR GARAGE ITEMS. YOU CAN NOT EVEN SEE THE IMAGES ON THE SHIRT I BOUGHT.
My order on 16 March according the tracking number information still at USA, more than 40 days. Support just ignore all my email.
What is that?!
Ordered a t-shirt April 5th. I called today and I won't even be able to track the shirt until May 3rd. Such BS! Why should I buy another shirt from this company when it takes over a month to get it! Ridiculous!
I ordered a shirt, paid, email confirmation, and even got shipping confirmation and tracking number... says a label was made and i still never received my order. It's been almost two months.

I ordered a shirt from viral style over a month ago as a birthday present. They said it would ship as soon as it was printed. I got a shipping confirmation number on March 22nd, but the number still says order processed and has no real info on when I should get my order.
The quality of the picture on the shirt is poor. Not worth the asking price at all. Will not be shopping here anymore.
It was easy ordering from my cell phone. Gave me all the information I need to place my order. I was able to track my order with no problem. It was delivered in a timely matter.
Mug arrived broken; company insisted I jump through hoops to get a refund. I don't spend my money to be treated like a parasite.
My shirt arrived ruined and the package was also 2 weeks late. I am following up to get a refund or replacement.
