I purchased 3 of the limited edition fast and furious shirts. When I received them, my son noticed that there was a spelling error on all 3. I contact customer service to see what could be done. Their response after seeing the pictures i sent them, is "that it was advertised with spelling error and I still purchased them." They will not replace them or exchange them. They are willing to refund my money but i would have to pay for the return shipping. Seriously? I feel like they knew about the spelling error but just didn't care. Yes I am carrying on about a spelling error because I spent over 100.00 for tshirts that are not right, and that their customer service is lacking.

This company needs to be shut down! I ordered 3 shirts of the New edition basketball shirts. It looks cheap not even close to what the picture was the picture itself was way smaller than it should be on the shirt. The shirt itself is a cheap shirt that will be damaged and discolored and holey or stretched out and shrunken on the first wash. It's a New Edition basketball shirt with Kobe, Jordan, Leviton no where on the damn shirt says New edition like they featured on the shirt. I'm so freakin pissed and disappointed with this company.

Long waiting time no oversees considerations very very costly and poor communication... no tracking

I bought 10 face masks from them & they are crap. They are no way look like the ad shows. The seems are not finished, the elastic is stretched out, there is no nose piece. The fabric is extremely thin & I can see through them. There is no lining at all. It is a simple piece of fabric that looks like it was put together by a child. And the seems with the elastic are the ones that are sewed shuts the other 2 sides are not even sewed, they are left cut open. When put on there is so much extra space on both sides I could fit my hand through it. For paying over $200 I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the masks. During this coronavirus time I expected to purchase masks that would work. These wouldn't work at all. I contacted them & requested my money back. I have to wait until all are delivered & then return it to them using my money & wait for them to process my return which I was told could be 2+weeks. I will never purchase from them again. Extremely disappointed.

I ordered a poster a week after the super bowl, didnt recieve it until Feburary 18th, product was horrible, couldnt make out any of the words and I swear my printer at home could do better. I contact customer support they had me take photos and said I could send it back, I mail it back which cost me a extra 5 dollars on top of my 35 dollar poster purchase. 2 months later viral style continues to ignore my emails a majority of the time, when they happen to open it all they ask for the same tracking number I've given them numerous times and they dont reply after and then the service email is ended. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with, I'm 40 dollars in on a poster I now dont have, and they will not communicate with me. Is there anything I can do?
