I ordered a new mihael kors backpack, payed a full amount plus a buyers protection and received a message from DHL in a week that an order is delivered. I checked the same day and there was no parcel fem the carrier. Next day I checked with the security at my building and my neighbors where all the parcels arrive and they confirmed there was no courier that day from DHL. They also checked their records and cameras with me and truly there was no one from DHL on that day, but DHL already send me an email that this parcel is delivered. So I sent a message to Vinted support who were investigating for 2 weeks and finally here I am without the package and without 110 euros from my pocket. Just be sure that paying as called buyers protection do not basically protect you from anything since Vinted will never take your side and will take your money and buyers protection fee but will never admit your parcel was lost or delivered to a wrong place. Support wasn't really helpful and never consider my request truly, so be prepared that you may simply lose your money with this application! Scamers!
Vinted payment program does not always work so if you want the item you have to pay for it twice. I have been waiting 10 business days now to get my money back, 36.99 euros. They keep procrastenating it. I was told 5 days, then 10 days, now 15 business days. I believe Vinted is going to keep the money. Annoying and unnecessary stress. Created a Vinted account. Placed 1 authentic Louis Vuitton bag, system asked to ad more to get a change to get noticed and for your sales to go up. I Added 3 more authentic bags and 2 Christian Louboutin shoes with detailed photo's as proof of authenticity. My account was definitely blocked by Vinted with a message from Vinted that my items 'seem' fake. I emailed them, they requested for more detailed photo's, one photo with my Vinted name written on paper in the photo per item. I've send them 135 detailed photos in total. As response I got the same email with the same requests (written in slightly different way). I send the info again and again for over 8 times. Vinted is never a real person, no company info, no name of the 'person' who emails with you, noting. All issues are addressed by an automated system. They never resolve your issue and block your account for no reason. Vinted is a fraud and frustrated to begin with. I've created an account at REBBELE and have some minor problems setting up my profile. The customer service is very good, you email with a real agent (full name) and all company info. Verg professional. The system rejected my price and now REBELLE agent manualy changed it. I highly recommend REBELLE. At this point I am so happy that I realy get a chance to sell my stuff because that is what these companies stand for, REBELLE does what they say…they sincerely help you. On the other hand NEVER do business with Vinted. Waste of your time, take it from me ;)
I don't recommend this application. Sellers are not supported enough. Buyer can skip to collect the items and you will wait 15 days to get back your parcel and lost on top other potentials buyes because of useless buyers. Shameful service!
I don't know how it is from a buying standpoint, but from a seller's perspective this is the WORST site I have ever attempted to sell on. I listed a bunch of old books, t-shirts, and flannels, excited to make a few bucks from the old stuff in my closet. Within an hour, ALL of them were flagged as "inauthentic." These were not big brands or replica items. They were generic items from Forever 21 and American Eagle. Because I couldn't show receipts, Vinted banned my account without any explanation. I was unable to ever get ahold of a real representative. What kind of a company treats people who want to sell on their site like this?
Updating this to add that I was finally able to speak to a real person, and they were snarky, harsh, and belittling and refused to tell me why my items were "inauthentic." They also refused to delete my account and BANK INFORMATION from their platform.

Long story short. I sold a genuine item. Purchaser said it was fake. Vinted let the purchaser keep the top and I didnt get my money. I am down a top and the money. I even sent evidence it was real with my Flannels account screenshots. No one cared. They blocked me and dont even have a valid complaints process. They will not be around long. DO NOT USE. Stick to EBAY.

Horrendous and quite frankly disgusting customer service. I am shocked! Have used eBay for years without an issue, yes you pay sellers fees but it is totally worth it. As a seller do not touch this platform as you will not be helped, your accout will then be blocked with no way to contact and £75 quid out of pocket! Not impressed AT ALL!
Fine if it works, but really disappointing support when there is an issue. They should not allow Yodel as a courier, as they are not fit for purpose. I ordered an item and it was "delivered" to a closed work address. When I say delivered, what I actually mean is left in the street in the centre of town. Unsurprisingly it was not received by me, so I raised it with customer services. After an investigation that took over a month, I was simply told that Yodel considered it delivered, so tough luck, and that was the end of the matter. Very disappointed, as the service had been good up until then, but very unlikely to use again, and will be warning friends to stay away.
Ordered an item, which went missing. Said it was delivered by Evri to the store to collect. Store did not have my parcel. I raised this to Vinted was given a form to complete within 48 hours which I did. Was informed not to message further as it wouldn't speed up the process for them to investigate so I waited. Then I get told that there was insufficient and "non-legible" proof that the item was missing and closed the case and took my money. At no point was I told that Evri needed more proof or that the form Vinted sent me was not enough. The Vinted support chat was completely unhelpful and when I asked why they didn't tell me I was required to send more proof they chose to ignore me. My Evri tracking also shows I did not collect the item which I sent a picture. Poor, Poor customer service and now I am out off pocket for an item I didn't receive.
No buyer protection. Any problems Vinted do not want to know. They just take your money. Seller can sale you something that's nothing like the item they have listed and Vinted say sort it out yourself.
Been selling/buying on this site for months now and getting more and more frustrated with CS. Buyer didn't pick up item so was returned to me but lost in the process. I've reported this to vinted multiple times and keep getting told different responses! One said I was going to get a refund transferred as timeframe has passed which never arrived and when queried again was told to wait longer. So which is it?! Terrible customer service when something goes wrong. Will not be using this site again.
You will be answered time and again by a bot. Instead of letting a human review carefully issues, they just assume some very general and vague guidelines will serve all. You'll lose more money selling there, than actually eatning, Precious items I personally curated for years got lost with no compensation.
Bought a designer item only to find out two weeks later it's a counterfeit. Vinted don't give a toss. They charge you extra money for "Buyer protection" which you don't get and despite their help pages saying they do not permit the selling of counterfeit goods on their site and they'll step in if you're sold a fake item, what they actually say is this, and I quote "Hello. We're sorry for the inconvenience but there's little we can do." So, Vinted are full of s*** and their site rammed with cheap knock offs. My only option has been to report them to the police along with the seller and contact my credit card company for a chargeback. All very inconvenient but you'll have to do the legwork yourself because Vinted sure as hell won't. Avoid them if you have any sense!

After not receiving my delivery, Team Vinted continues to delay my claim for a refund. I've filled in a form and they've contacted the carrier who claimed my product was delivered when it wasn't. After days of not informing me of the situation, they continue to delay proceedings and now they want me to provide purchase information to the carrier, despite the carrier already claiming my item was delivered!
Clearly, they want me to give up on the claim so they don't refund me.

I've made a purchase of an item on the 11/09 and the item still hasn't been shipped.Contacted the customer support saying that the item hasn't been sent by the seller and they have noticed him but I have to wait another 5 days till my order is gonna be cancelled and my money refunded wich is unacceptable from my point of view since the seller hasn't been bothered to even post the item in 7 days.
Answer: Well you can't. You need to do your homework when asking questions to a seller. Request additional pictures too. The seller never has access to your money until you "receive" and accept the items. So if you get a designer item you have questions about take it to your nearest high-end consignment. If you find the item is not real simply let CS know under the accepting. Tell them what the problem is. More likely than not you will get a return request label. Just send it back and all your money if refunded. On Poshmark all items over $500 are automatically sent to a Posh center to be authenticated before its sent to you. The best way to know your getting the real deal is buy from again a local high-end consignment or an online that specializes in only a few brands rather than any. It takes a lot of training to become an expert on authentication.
