I am disabled, retired professional, hospitalised, and somehow they extracted money through my credit card. Money was recovered. It is a scam! Avoid.

I have subscribed mid of July because I was thinking to make a video for my job search. However I NEVER used the programme (no time, too compicated) - I was just charged over 70 USD after a free month try WIHTOUT ANY INFORMATION - emails, ect... In the confirmation Email after the subscription to the one months trial, it is written "after one month, your subscription will be confimed and AFTER THAT you will be charge" - this is SUCH a lie... I was charged ONE THE DOT one month later AND the subscription was not confirmed... As I read the review, I was not the only one ripped off...

I am making this report strictly to bring awareness to the unfair treatment & abuse some people take on websites where you can report anonymously videos that "don't necessarily conform to society". I think this is discrimination. Even a company that moderates its users should have a system set in place against abuse of reporting! I have been the victim over and over again of such unfair practices. I only recently began drawing attention to my Vimeo account! Yes, it was partially explicit but the mild kind. Unfortunately, I am being stalked & because I am stalked, he reports me often to different sites! I hadn't even shared this particular App with him or my videos & because he stalks all my accounts, he found me quite easily & reported it. I don't feel it is Fair or Just that because someone is obsessed they can report and take away the entire account in one night when I spent at least a couple years with this account! Mind you, one of those "explicit videos" has been up for the majority of that time! My other two started attracting a lot of attention and was even put in groups but because I had gotten so much attention, he felt the need to have my entire account destroyed! The sad part is, most likely he already downloaded all my videos! He does that all the time to different accounts! So, I no longer have access to my own videos, but he should be allowed to keep them all on his computer! That's not fair and it sickens me that companies cater to not only anonymity but allowing people to destroy what you put you heart into! He feels he owns me and my stuff and sadly, these companies are proving him right! Please, give me back my videos Vimeo! I will not post anymore on your platform but I deserve what is rightfully mine! Obviously, I can now see I am not the only one! I never thought censorship could get worse than YouTube, I stand corrected because at least, they give you 3 strikes and don't just take it with no explanation.

Vimeo is good for storing my videos but when I wnted to upgrade my plan, and there was no simple way to do this offered on the platform, I spent a half day researching and following thier directions, and found they offered one set of plans and prices on my phone access and another set on my laptap access. Both were impossible to activate.
As I was desperate to increae my uploads asap, I then eventaully got out of the labyrinth of 'HELP' options which offered unsuitable options and made an appointment with a customer suppert person for three days time the earliest I could get help. I woke up early this morrning to attend the meeting to urgently find a solution as I have deadlines involving my videos to find they had cancelled. No explanation provided. This is BEYOND frustrating. My stuff is stored there now. If I realised what a $#*!ty experience they offer when you actually need help I wouldn't have signe up. I am at PRO level memberhsip. I wish they would match the promise. SOOOO FRUSTRATING. IF this could be fixed I would be a happy customer. But right now it looks like they don;t want to give their time to interacting with their customers and problem solving. Such a shame
