Table legs would not screw in, and the one base came unattached from the upper board.

I was missing 2 assembly pieces and had to improvise. I had the empty sleeve for one of the missing pieces. Unless youstart selling things made in the USA, I will not be buying any more products.

Fast delivery. Easy to assemble. Good quality and very cute.

The gate was of good quality. Only negative was the directions and the fact that part E was predrilled at the bottom in the wrong place. Came in good order and promptly. Better instructions would also have been helpful.

I wouldn't put this furniture in a dog house. Poorly constructed, cheap materials, outdoor furniture yet after one rain the cheap legs rusted- oh one of them arrived broken. Also the pillows are all faded. I absolutely would like a refund. It's not worth sitting on.

The product once complete is what I ordered though I would have preferred softer cushions. But it was so very difficult to put together. Some screws never did go all the way in. If not for my husband's patience the project would not have been completed.

I received a very large item damaged in shipping the only way to get reimbursed was to mail back this huge item during all this virus mayhem will placed being closed. The cost of shipping would have been almost half of what I paid for the original item. So instead of getting all my money back I would have only gotten half back because my product came damaged at no fault of mine.

Website is very user friendly. Lots of variety in product selection. Afforable prices for all items. Extremely fast shipping and quality product!

Received table that was damaged and contacted company on their webpage for returns. Didn't get any response for four or five days. Submitted pictures two different times. Repaired the box item was shipped in and am still waiting for instructions to return. Poor service, poor communication.

Bought 2 chairs. Only had one problem.One of the chairs had a hole and nut missing where the arm attached to the back. Fortunately I had a metric nut that fitted the screw provided, and the tools and ability to drill and sink the hole to bury the nut. So I was able to fix it. I doubt if many people could.

Emailed multiple questions, multiple btimes over the last couple weeks never once got a response, requesting information on covers and replacement cushions. Also, product arrived damaged.

Look great. There was a problem with holes aligning had to modify and one hand came loose, could not not reach screws to tighten, use glue. Handles should screws that are accessible.

It was cheap for a garden arch with a gate, but that cannot justify the fact that this was completely non functional. I assembled it tried to reinforce the structure with more brackets. After the first windy day, it was in bits scattered over the garden. When I looked at reviews many experiences were similar. Such a poor quality product should not be sold whatever the price.

I purchased a swing set from vidaXL directly and I am completely satisfied with the product quality and also delivery time.

Received a damaged coffee table and a second one that was waterlogged customer service just wants to replace parts we want a complete return

Sit in it daily. I love that's it's made from natural materials. No more plastic beach chairs!
