It was a little hard to put together but it is large and big enough for our pool toys and bouncy house. The lid stays open and the liner is nice if you want to keep it dry.
The package arrived with a broken piece of lattice. The packaging was flimsy and apparently not sturdy enough to prevent internal damage. It is not worth the hassle of filing a claim.
We absolutely love the reuse of wood, the rustic, functional yet chic designs. Our table is solid, multifunctional and we love it! So does everyone who sees it. Thank you so much!
This table is really beautiful and shipping was super fast. The only reason why I am taking away 1 star it's because table is short. I had to add something underneath to add the height.

I have asked 3 times to return a product and have had NO RESPONSE, your site said to notify by e-mail, I have sent all the information, your supposed to send me free shipping information and credit my account
They shipped our wedding tent to us... when it arrived all three GIANT BOXES were open. COMPLETELY! Then they said we had to transport them to UPS to get them returned. I called and explained there was no way that I could transport them. A- the boxes were completely open and B- I could not begin to pick them up and C- I do not have a truck and that was the only way I could get them there. The people I spoke to could not even speak english and would not help me. FINALLY they agree to ship them back and have UPS get them. NOW THEY SAY they never got the package and won't refund me or replace the item. I HAVE NO WAY TO TRACK THE PACKAGE because I never got a tracking number. So I am out $800. They do not care, nor will they help you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The merchandise arrived when promised and upon opening there was damage. Contacted Vida and received instructions on return. The whole process was simple and i received my refund. Reliable company.
Excellent value for money. We used them in our driveway. Make sure to use concrete to set the poles, we used the foam mix in a bag and it was too soft and had to reset them.

Putting together was easy. The cabinet will not stay together. I feel like I wasted my money i would really like to dump it in a big box and return it and get all my money back

The quality of the product was such that I can't even use it. I thought I did not put together properly. With that said, I hired a handyman to help. They too could not put together.
Had an issue with a TV Stand. The company was very responsive, helped organize return immediately. And I ordered a new one which arrived promptly. Very satisfied with the new stand.
The covers were easy to put together without any issues. All parts were intact and without any damages which is not usually the case with MDF. They were attractive and modern.
Bought it for the deck, and it works wonderfully! I just wish I had more info on the product, like what winds it can withstand. I just retract it anytime it moves a whole lot.

The piece I ordered was exactly what I was looking for! I wanted it as a side table for the chair in my bedroom. The hollowed center works fabulous for stacking books.
The furniture was easy enough to put together but the size was smaller than expected. All the pieces were provided and the directions which were difficult to follow.
Answer: They won't send you one! We tried because my printer was out that's the only way to get one if you print it yourself!
