Being older & with disabilities, receiving damaged products is so disheartening.
I have to hire someone to put things together, but my purchase was damaged, so disappointing.
The packages one tore into the tubes fell out laying on porch the ones that 3 are missing some of the long tubes bent I straightened the wire has mashed spot I need it bad try to fix
I will purchase something from y'all again, I need to get a brochure with different size gates and all that which would help me out on different size openings I have
I purchased an Aviary (10x13 cage). Came on time. Good quality. Took a LONG time to wrap the frame in Chicken Wire. I wish there were an already attached option.
If you hate Ikea assembly instructions you'll hate these assembly instructions. Once you lay it all out & figure out the screws It'll take like a hour to build. I did it all by myself.

Order arrived within a few days. Very well packaged. The bench is strong and stable. It's a very pretty piece of furniture. I would definitely purchase from this line of furniture from them again.
I received my order damaged. I emailed vidaXL regarding the damage, as well as sent pictures of the damage. It's been a month since then and I have not heard back from them yet.
Many neighbors and strangers walking past our deck are impressed with the awning. The sunset was always in our eyes and we could not sit on the deck from 5 pm until the sun went down completely.
I am super grateful for customer service reaching out. They were kind and explained things well.
I wrote a previous review listed below between June 23rd, -June 26th, 2023. I cannot remember the exact date. At that time, I provided a one-star rating.
The day after or of my original review, customer service kindly reached out to remedy the situation. They offered me a full replacement, and I offered to adjust my review upon receiving it.
SECOND REVIEW:
The replacement was lovely. I did learn more about the design of the desk during this process. For the original desk, I was wrong, the set of hardware did fit, but the holes for the screws were not counter-sunk for the desk, which is why I thought the hardware was incorrect, except for the screws for the handles; those did not ever fit.
The replacement desk, everything we perfect except for the handles. Although the screws fit this time, they did not line up. Again, I added string for the handles instead, which looks fine and works. Overall, the product was usable, but you have to be a bit handy to adjust when the hardware doesn't align or fit.
FIRST REVIEW:
I was quite excited about purchasing a smaller desk to work from home. I realized the desk had a significant crack- right where it connects with the leg. I contacted customer service, who explained they had no more replacement items. They requested I mail the bill x back, despite the box that it came in not being reusable due to the poor shipping & delivery process. They could not assist me in any manner going forward due to policies.
I attempted to fix the issue myself, using clamps, wood glue, etc. - while working on it, I learned all of the bolts & screws were incorrect. Several items, including where the handles go, showed no pre-drilled holes, as shown in the directions. I had to go out and purchase my bolts and ended up using some string to use as handles to pull out draws.

I have purchased several lighting fixtures and had an issue with missing parts on one. Contacted them and was mailed the missing parts. Very good communication and great customer service!
Tough to put together, thin cushions and the only color it comes in is white which stains easily, but it was low priced so I guess I got what I paid for.

Shipped fast and easy enough to assemble. But, legs aren't straight and the top is two separate pieces that don't match. Good enough at this price, but not fantastic
I would order from this website again if I needed any more furniture. The delivery was fast, the coffee table was already assembled which was great. I just had to add 2 handles.
I ordered online and the problem come from UPS. David help me a lot. He spend a lot of time. Service is very very good even I did not receive the order yet.

The cabinet is very flimsy. Several pieces were broken, possibly due to the flimsy material. I sent e-mail mail asking how to return the item & get a refund but I have NOT received a reply.
Chair came well packed. All pieces were there. A few of the wood pieces had visible scratches. Leather is good quality with no blemishes. Hardware seems of good quality.

Poor craftsmanship, the wholes on most pieces for mounting hardware did not line up. Ended up using the wood pieces only and throwing away the poorly fabricated metal frames.

I got the trailer and opened up the box. The first thing that happened was thousands of tiny steel shot BB's scattered all over the floor. The tubes are filled with this to prevent the tube from collapsing when being formed. It would have been nice if their employees had taken the time to dump all of it out at the factory rather than having me dump it out all over my kitchen floor.
Also, the little axle bolt extensions are not machined very well. The bore of the internal threads that go on the bicycle axle are way oversize so the threads barely catch on the axle threads. I stripped the threads immediately when I tried to tighten it up. The external thread portion is oversize so much that I cannot use my bicycle axle nuts on it and have to use those tiny barely there cheap nuts that came with it. I will have to fabricate my own so it will work like it needs to.
The metal tabs that lock the hitch forks to the axle didn't fit, I had to reshape them with a hammer and vise.
The hitch tube that the hitch swivels in had a big dent, not sure if it happened during transport or manufacture but that had to be hammered out too.
Overall, the quality of the trailer was great, looks good, works great but the attachment hardware could use better quality control.
Answer: They won't send you one! We tried because my printer was out that's the only way to get one if you print it yourself!
