Do not buy from this company. They are complete scammers. You will spend your hard earned money and you will never see your product. I emailed them every day and they give me the runaround continually saying the same thing over and over again. SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS.

Damaged Console table. Unable to assemble, all parts did not fit. Item was damaged. The table top was a mess, had a large chunk of wood inserted to hide a hole. Purchased via Kogan, trying to return but Kogan and VidaXL are a nightmare to deal with. Each day keep asking for a pick up date and time, but courier never arrives. Been active now for 4 weeks. Have to make a Consumer Affairs Tribunal application to fight for my refund.

Couch looked beautiful in photos.Came vacuum packed. It never inflated. Flat ugly nothing like pictures.Got ripped off over$1000. Good for the rubbish dump. Furious.Im going to fair trading then A Current Affairs.Shonky liars. Do not buy anything from vidaxl. Nothing..

I recently bought a closet furniture. Bought that on 06/10 and monitor everyday the product, I am working from home and is waiting for the product all day till 13/10. Today I check it asked me to pick 1 suburb away, due to them not being able to "reach" me yesterday. I dont have a car and thats why I bought furniture online and now they want me to jump on train breaking my back, pick up a furniture cause they cannot reattempt the send. Later on when I ask for refund they say they need the product to be returned back by THEIR OWN courier to their warehouse then and ONLY THEN they will process my refund, which happened to be unreported anywhere since they just blatantly change your status to shipped, now I am waiting for my money refund like an idiot with not status at all for 2 weeks already. This company doesn't have its own courier and just don't care if its product never reach customer or gone. Really disappointing. Never gonna buy from this company again.

I've purchased 3 products from Vidaxl, bar table with stools from Catch of the day (this was relatively easy to assemble and quality was good), reclaimed wooden chest and 2 seater couch direct from Vidaxl.
The chest didn't need assembly and came as I had hoped, a lovely feature piece in my living room as a coffee table and hideaway grog box.
The 2 seater couch was a flat pack deal that came with average instructions, material texture and colour strayed from what was advertised.
That said the constructed couch is quite low even for me at a smidge over 5ft tall and I can describe it as functional but certainly not comfortable. Correspondence with their team is difficult. I guess it's a case of buyer beware of what products are worth it.

About 3 weeks ago I ordered a 900 mm Island Mount Range Hood through MyDeals - on line.
To my absolute amazement they supplied a 600 mm Range Hood - ironically when I saw the packaging, I realised that it was the same supply company that supplied the incorrect range hood three times in September/October last year. Just cannot read a tape mearsure! Yest Vidaxl.com cannot differentiate between a 600 mm unit & a 900 mm unit & now trying to tell me that I ordered a 600 when I have the order on file as a 900 mm unit - absloutely irresponsible company.
