**** Be aware and not purchase from this dodgy online shop, buy elsewhere that is safe********
Cheap deals, and when you purchase these deals, this online shop takes your money and will not send your purchase. 20 days passed so i contact Ikoala and they replied wanting private information information about me over the email before they will send my item. This is dodgy and dangerous for fraud. I think they are deceiving the public and should not be trading.

Purchased two leather snuggle chairs and ottoman. Just love them, they are so comfy and the leather is awesome, soft and a premium quality. Color chosen matched the sample perfectly.

Dawn S from Clayton support was wonderful and very helpful.

Delivery was super fast, arrived a month early, the driver was super friendly, moved my furniture to the room, unpacked and removed the rubbish. Awesome surprise.

What a horrible experience to purchase from this business. Quality furniture does not deserve your money. Shop elsewhere, or you will regret it like I do. Once they have your money, very hard to get back and you get Unprofessional rude staff, poor service and many lies.

Sent 2 emails a week after purchase chasing an ETA for delivery, these went unanswered.

Called the business a few days later, was brushed off by a rude girl who would not give name. Was told it would be many weeks before delivery. Will get to it when we get to it was one response. This was unsatisfactory as I ordered a item in stock and ready to send.

By email I wanted a refund as I was not prepared to wait 4 weeks or more for a delivery, as this item was in stock and I was treated with disrespect on phone call. This also went against their own delivery policies.

Now they respond nearly 2 weeks later by Email to advise no refund, nothing else, was almost empty email. Same for all other emails. Short, rude, no name.

After many emails and phone calls, I was treated so badly by this awful company, I started a complaint with the QLD Consumer Affairs Tribunal.

Sofa was delivered anyway.

I was deceived when I ordered a Holston leather sofa. On delivery It was actually a PU FAKE Leather covered sofa.

The sales people (who wont give their names) insist it is 100% leather and on closer inspection you can see it is a PU FAKE Leather attached to a cloth backing. Its smooth with no grain and smells like plastic. A fake leather copy being advertised as real leather.

Had to fight tooth and nail for a return of the PU FAKE Leather covered sofa and a refund. The sofa was such poor quality, it was obvious it was a fake.

Damaged Console table. Unable to assemble, all parts did not fit. Item was damaged. The table top was a mess, had a large chunk of wood inserted to hide a hole. Purchased via Kogan, trying to return but Kogan and VidaXL are a nightmare to deal with. Each day keep asking for a pick up date and time, but courier never arrives. Been active now for 4 weeks. Have to make a Consumer Affairs Tribunal application to fight for my refund.

Very poor business, Ok to take your money for a purchase, but forget getting any help for a refund. IMPOSSIBLE. No Phone numbers, no emails, only very poor chat line, gets you nowhere. No complaint line. No services for issues.

ZERO customer service. Impossible to get help for refunds AWEFUL business, horrible to deal with. Looking at other reviews now, same problems.

Made an online order, only half delivered. Used the live chat as you cant get a phone number. Got an apology, BUT NO REFUND as promised. A week later contact the live chat again on Dan Murphy website. Advised the refund has been done... STILL NO REFUND IN MY ACCOUNT. Wanted a complaint phone number, wont give one. Gave a email. I have used this email before. NO REPLY.
DAN MURPHYS HAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and looks like I have lost my money. SHOP ELSEWHERE THIS COMPANY IS AWEFUL.

I have been using Aliexpress for years, but now I am very dissatisfied with using Aliexpress. Since Jan 2020 I find deliveries are not being received, unable to get any help from the sellers and you can't contact Aliexpress for help. Any answers from the sellers, that i did receive were rude and unhelpful. I will not use this site again, have had about 8 issues with using this site, just this year. Any warranty claim, forget it, will not get any help or they charge you a lot of money to fix items. Useless.

Very poor service, took money for order and would not send it. This online shop seems to be taking advantage of the covid 19 situation and advertising exceptionally cheap deals, and when you purchase these deals, this online shop takes your money and will not send your purchase. The evidence I have is they say I need to approve my account, that you do not have with this online shop and then I question this, they then say the credit card is fraudulent, yet they take your money.
Further investigation shows this is not a company and doesn't have a telephone number. I think they are deceiving the public
I have also downloaded the Terms and Conditions, this does not mention approving accounts anywhere as the first email suggests.

Very poor service, took money for order and would not send it. Budget pet clearly made a price mistake or something and did not want to honour the order and wanted personal info about me to send a order. This is a very dodgy practice. THEY DONT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER **WHY? ***** BEWARE OF THIS DODGY COMPANY**** no one should ask for personal details, just for a food order for your animals. Asking about a one off account verification. What? Next was, they said the credit card was fraudulent. But they took my money first... Are they a bank or a pet supply company? I read the condition and there is nothing to say they need personal information to create a account. **** DODGY*** I DO NOT RECOMMEND *****

Beware! Violent staff at Petstock Cranbourne

Today, at Petstock Cranbourne a stocky bald, scruffy man claiming to be the Manager, verbally abused and threatened me with physical harm, he was unprovoked and this behaviour is unacceptable.

I contact Petstock Head office in Melbourne immediately and I did not get the impression, that they will do anything about my complaint. If you have had any issues with this store please contact 03 ******* to voice your concerns.

The manager has not been sacked, As consumers we need to stand up against violence, so we need to boycott companies that practice and condone violent behaviour. Violence is unacceptable behaviour.

I will now seek legal advise and take action against Petstock about the incident
