The Catch system makes you incredibly vulnerable to unscrupulous sellers. I was sent a faulty used power station and trying to return it has been a nightmare. The seller just keeps cancelling my return requests and catch has done nothing about it.

First they sent me the wrong item, then when I contacted them about it, they said I had to pay for the return shipping costs and then the shipping costs for them to send me the correct item. How on Earth is this place still in business? They offered me a $20 partial refund, nevermind that the item I ordered cost $130 and I have no use for the incorrect item they sent in its place.

Good suppliers for my business https://vidahealth.com.au. So far I have not had any issues with any of the products I ordered, I'll continue to buy through them.
