Sent me a non complete order. Delayed my renovation due to missing parts although I had paid for next day delivery and still waiting for a refund from their rude uninterested customer call centre. Suposedly they would call me back. Appalling behaviour, never again.
I purchased a monobloc bath tap with shower attachment. After it was fixed by a competent plumber the shower switch broke off. I have been trying for 7 weeks to get a response from Victorian Plumbing. They are not taking phone calls & are not answering emails. Very frustrating!

Toilet and cistern delivered smashed into multiple pieces. Paid £224.79 for it (including a pan connector) Contacted customer services and asked for a refund as I couldn't wait another couple of weeks for a replacement. After 5 days I was told via email that my refund would be £143.97. Asked why it wasn't the full amount multiple times but not had any response. Also asked when the pallet of broken pieces would be collected but again no reply. I am over £80 out of pocket and stuck with a pallet of crap that I will have to dispose of. There is no phone number on the website or on any emails or documents. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs
If I could score 0 I would. This company is a shambles. They lie about having sent stuff when they haven't and their chat team are useless. They don't care about your issue. They mess you around and you have to do the constant chasing. They are a nightmare to deal with. Do yourself a favour and go straight to the manufacturer and avoid Victorian Plumbing. They are also more expensive!
Still waiting for my delivery 10 days after I placed the order. All products were showing as "in stock" but according to Customer Services this isn't always true as they do sales from a showroom and over the phone so your products could be sold while you are placing your order. After I had placed my order I received an email to confirm everything was in stock and a courier would contact me in the next 2-5 days. This didn't happen so I phoned Victorian Plumbing and was number 20 in the line of other complainers. After about 30-45 minutes I finally got through to be told that it had shipped and would be delivered today. Well guess what - still waiting and it's now 23:14. What a joke, let's hope their products aren't as shoddy as their customer service. (That's assuming they ever arrive)
Bought a cloakroom basin from Victorian plumbing on the 2nd April 2021. Faulty, the outlet flange was far from flat. They are asking for pictures all the time, which I've sent. No one seems to see what the problem is, I have had e mails from four different people. They are clearly stalling and hoping I'll give up and go away. They have now said they are sending a replacement after a whole month. This is disgusting customer service, and I will avoid using them again, and tell all my friends the same.
Appalling customer service. Bought 2 items, quality mediocre but ok for price - one was broken, arrived in broken and filthy packaging. You register complaint & replacement request, receive no acknowledgment, phone & find they have received and even though agree item broken ask for more photos to be uploaded and so on.
They are stalling to avoid their commitments. Absolutely avoid!
Terrible company to use. Orders don't arrive even with next day delivery. They are not compassionate, don't inform you if stock is not available or that it won't be arriving.
No complaints procedure, managers don't care how poor the service is or if you reuceive your order on time and correct.
Unprofessional, and unbelievable that which a large company can continue to trade freely like this
Bought a shower from Victorian Plumbing and the plumber found it was faulty when he installed it. Contacted the company that day. Sent them photos of the fault. Suffice to say the Customer Services Section was dreadful - had to send a number of reminders to get any response. Finally they told me to contact the manufacturer, gave me an incorrect email address (it belonged to a consultancy firm!) and an irrelevant phone number. When I would not accept this 'solution' there was no response from them. I contacted them again to return the goods and seek a refund - again no response. As I am living outside the UK I contacted the European Consumer Centre who agreed to act as an intermediary. The ECC also reported them to Trading Standards. Thanks to them, I got my refund. I've contacted the manufacturer to let them know how this trader has behaved. Avoid at all costs!
I returned an unwanted toilet and cistern having ordered the incorrect items to Victorian Plumbing, only to be advised that they had been damaged in transit by the courier! However, the photos they sent through did not show any damage. Total cost was £250, plus the cost of the courier return. They claim the courier must have damaged the items in transit and I should claim through their insurance. Seems to be a complete scam, they have my items and they advise they will dispose of them within 4 weeks if the courier doesn't pay up. Who can tell if they are repackaged and sent out to another customer? I can see this going through small claims as it appears they have a history of doing this!
Awful service. Opened one of the boxes and discovered items smashed and not fit for purpose. Contacted Victorian Plumbing and still no reponse from them. Website says they won't take calls and the quickest way to contact them is via email. Joke! I now will go back to my card company and get a refund. DO NOT USE THEM!
Paid additional £7.99 for quicker delivery but it took several days for the items to arrive! I asked for a refund of the additional postage charge 8 days ago because they had failed to deliver on time and they've not even bothered to reply let alone give a refund. They are a rubbish company. Avoid.
Update. Two replacement screens arrived today. No notice that they were coming so had a 20 mile round trip to take delivery. I insisted that the delivery man wait until I unwrapped the screens. One had a defect so I wrote comments on the delivery slip. I have now asked for a refund for one of the screens as I am not prepared to wait any longer... it took them 3 months to send these replacements. I am still waiting for a reply to my seventh request on the two end bath panels. Watch this space.
Absolutely appauled at the level of customer service after you purchase! Purchased a shower enclosure which did not meet the correct measurements, since then it has been he'll with more than 15 emails trying to get through to them since they don't have telephone customer service! I had a lady called Emily Finn who gave me some hope, she asked me to send photographs to an email she would send me which she did, since then I have heard absolutely nothing, and this was over 3 weeks ago since then I have emailed daily countless times to have a lady called Mollie Woods who was no help what so ever and looks like she didn't bother to read through the email threads as she answered something that had nothing to do with my problem. Had I known how awful the customer service was I would have never ever purchased from this site!
Great company if you want a sub standard product, no customer service, an email service that takes 5-7 working days for a reply (if they bother at all) and no one to answer the phone due to Covid. Unfortunately i purchased a shower from this company in 2017 that leaked from day one, after a month they decided they would replace a faulty shower cartridge free of charge which incidently cost me £75 for the plumber to fit and test. Fast forward to 2020, shower cartridge is again faulty and it would seem flying to the moon would be easier than getting a replacement from this company. A truly awful experience never to be repeated and sadly all that is wrong with some supply businesses in this country. As usual a complete shambles, the only reason they got one star is because you cant go any lower.
2 major issues, 1 after the other, for 1 single product and I was told I should have checked within 48h. It's shocking. I've had to wait for weeks for a resolution and it still does not work. Stay away from that business, I mean it. They are refusing to give me a refund when their product is faulty and my 39 weeks pregnant nearly got burnt.It's a disgrace.
I had to send an item back and because the original wrapping was so tight when i opened it i was told they would take a % off what i had paid because the packaging was torn. I did agree although bit peeved but I then received an email with photos from them saying the item was damaged in transit so i took up a dispute with Royal Mail. They said it wasn't them- it was just the packaging damaged. Yes- i had told them that! So i am £60 out of pocket and not happy. Never never order online from then unless you are very very sure it's what you want.
Absolute joke of a company. I ordered a batch of items from these guys, spending a fair amount of money with them.
One of the items didn't arrive, Victorian Plumbing washed their hands of it flat out refused to send a replacement. I had to chase and chase them for communication on what was happening with the investigation as I received no updates.
They offer competitive rates, but this comes at a cost. Dreadful, dreadful service.
Order from Drench instead, they supplied the rest of my items quickly and successfully and offered a fantastic service at really reasonable prices
AVOID. Order a vanity unit via next day delivery. The item was not sent out at all. I had to chase the business as i did not receive tracking information. Only to be told the item has not been sent out and my shipping would be refunded... they hadn't fulfilled a next day service so this should be refunded regardless. Now i am left out of pocket as i will need to call out a plumber to install the vanity unit and taps. This business is extremely unprofessional, you'd be better of shopping at ebay/amazon, cheaper and the sellers stay in line as they are governed by ebay/amazon and cannot pull the wool over your eyes!
I purchased a vanity unit from them. Delivery came and the delivery company called to confirm post code, was told to contact Victoria plum but you can't get through to them, just a automated service that had nothing to do with my problems.
Tried the phone number I found online that had 2 options but every time I pressed one of them I was told I had made the wrong choice.
Answer: I just had the same issues. Raise a dispute with your card company or PayPal if they are no longer offering the resolution. Again, the like making customers pay for the return even if it's no fault of yours. Good luck.

Answer: Same as me they are rubbish I'm hitting every review platform I can find, warm other stay away, I waited nearly seven weeks for refund and they still owe me £50 for shipping, cowboys.
