Absolutely shocking company to deal with... ordered a shower enclosure and it turned out to be faulty and doesn't fit together been trying to get a refund for 3 weeks now and the customer service team just fob you off and are not willing to accept responsibility outright scammers AVOID this company
I was delivered faulty goods, it held up my project, cost me money and all they could say was sorry!... all i wanted was to have a replacement next day and they said they would try. Next day the same, 4 days later Ill get the replacement... absolute jokes. Supervisor had no power, I'm not even sure if it was a supervisor. I'll be writing a letter of complain, but I doubt anything will come of it. So angry with their lack of service.
I have been waiting for a radiator and some valves for which I paid £399 for over a month, this was supposed to be delivered three weeks ago.
There is no number to call, just a recorded message, the live chat does not work and no one responds to emails. Please avoid this company at all costs!
Cancelled an order, received confirmation of cancellation from Victoria Plumbing - still not received refund - have emailed numerous times, tried 'live chat' and a query form on their website - still no response, still no refund. Telephone number does not accept calls. Terrible customer service, would not use again.
Ordering online and the company taking payment EASY. When wrong item arrives and you want to get in touch you have to pay for the return. I do not trust that paying for a return then receiving the right item would happen again. Customer service is the worst I have ever come across. If I worked the same way as this my job would be gone.
I purchased some item from Victoria plumbing and three small items didn't turn up still waiting!

Ordered £2000. 00 worth of items, the toilet pan was broken by our builder so we asked for a new one and paid the £201.60 the pan they sent was the wrong one unfortunately they could not locate my call, eventually after hours on the phone they arranged to collect the pan and issue a refund, i have received a refund of £127.94 why you may ask, well I don't know I am still on the phone and probably still will be for ages
Don't use the company you cannot speak to a human at all. And they think that it is acceptable to try and charge you £49 return fee but hold on to £461 refund they owe you

I bought a bathroom suite and the bath was damaged. I could not inspect it as I had no room in my small flat to unpack it not could I lift the bath to inspect it. Victorian Plumbing have been slow, unhelpful and are blaming me for not inspecting it on delivery. Their customer after care is a disgrace and the time to respond is shockingly slow! I would NEVER recommend anyone use them and will never buy from them again. The goods are poorly packed, badly shipped and I had to pay £50 just to have it take from the street to my flat. The price you see is full of hidden extras that push the total cost up. My advise - look around at other suppliers.
Ordered from Victorian Plumbing because they said in stock items would be delivered in 2-7 days. What a lie! I ordered 20 days ago and am still waiting, each day they say it is showing for delivery today. What am I supposed to do, sit in every day waiting for an order that doesn't come? AVOID.

The worst after sales service I've ever experienced. Bought both black sink and bath taps (amongst lots of other things). Bath tap absolutely fine but the finish on the sink tap is peeling. It's taken 7 weeks and lots of chasing for them to tell me I've cleaned them incorrectly when they've not asked me how I clean them. Shocking service!
Order processed fine. Delivery arrived of our new suite on checking the pan was smashed into shards and the wash basin cracked and marked. The packaging was poor (just a thin box) so perhaps not a surprise. The courier refused to take back the items saying we had to sign and go through returns. To date returns have involved multiple calls and long waits in phone ques only to be referred to a 'replacement team' who you then never hear from. The suite is currently taking up limited storage preventing us from moving house and has significantly delayed an already tight renovation project. This company should be wound up. Horrendous service and poor products.
Ordered £600+ worth of bathroom goods and paid £35 extra for them to be delivered on a particular day. I was let down and the goods turned up days later causing great inconvenience. Staff were quick to blame me before climbing down when faced with the facts. They also did not tell the truth about refunding my £35. After waiting in unacceptably long queues of up to 14 people, I gave up phoning and corresponded instead with countless emails which were replied to without staff reading them properly. Finally, weeks later, I am to receive my £35. It seems that this company does not care in the least about customer service and does not train its advisers to an acceptable level. As for their goods, Apollo2 vanity unit is badly made and damaged. All credit to my bathroom fitter who spent ages getting it to look half decent. Would never deal with this company again.
Cistern condensation making puddles on the floor. Victorian plumbing response: have a cold bathroom (words to that effect.)
The operating handle turns 360 degrees. V's response: fix handle at 6o ' clock not 9o' clock. Plumber says impossible. No other way to fit it than the usual horizontal. Besides which, the toilet lid hits it in the upright position. V says that's the design. V has played me for a fool with no suggestion as to how these problems can be overcome. Pity as I've had really good items in the past but I can't trust them with another order.

Wrong parts delivered. Delivery driver insisted we kept the pallet as it was "legally ours". (?!)
Can't speak to anyone. Have to use ‘chat' system. Piss poor response. They requested emails with photos. Sent those, then over a week later they respond by saying we can't find your emails, what's the problem.
Got back to them with details. Then they send the wrong info and announce on the email ‘problem solved'.
You couldn't make this up.
Ordered goods at beginning of July - arrived 3 weeks later, lots of items damaged. The furniture itself is good quality (when not damaged) and an excellent price (hence the 1 star) but we have been trying to follow up on getting replacements for the damaged furniture for over a week now, and it is just impossible. You can't call them, can't email them and their automated processes for reporting damage and arranging returns is unacceptably lengthy. I am shocked - my advice is if you can afford to pay extra money, look for the same range of goods you want on another, more professional website (even Amazon!). We are stuck now, and can't make any bookings to get our much needed bathroom done. Absolutely appalling; they are quick to take your money, but can't be bothered to provide any level of service. They shouldn't be allowed to operate.
I sent back 3 identical unused items which I sent back in accordance with their policy.
I then receive (like many others here!) an email saying we're sorry but the item you've sent back is damaged - which is rubbish!
Phots sent are not the items I returned. And 1 is missing.
I cannot get through to anyone. It cost me £15 to send back perfectly good items which cost £110. I thought hey ho I've lost the £15, but they are refusing to give me anything back and they will keep my items to "dispose" if the delivery company doesn't want to see them….
I can't claim under the delivery company, as it would be fraudulent- which is what Victorian plumbing are trying to do to me.
Overall I spent a lot of money with them, I will never ever buy anything from them again.

Do not use this company they promise you a pickup date then change it then they say we dont know when you can have your order although it is in stock doh! Also very difficult to contact by telephone waited age, splash your money somewhere else and do not use this shower you have been warned.
Avoid this company at all costs! I've been a month waiting for a missing toilet flush pipe and have been told they will not reimburse me for the full cost of the plumber because they 'dont' have to'. During this month I've made 3 calls each with around 45 mins waiting time. I've also emailed around 5 times and only received a reply once.

I placed an order which should have arrived two days ago. Nothing turned up. I then received an email confirming they had received my returned items, I did not return them as they never turned up in the first place!
Their online chat facility does not work, it keeps displaying "There was an error processing your request. Please try again later."
They have no phoneline to speak to someone from their company.
I emailed them about my issue and received an automated response with links to 3 unrelated articles on their webpage.
It's now 4 days after I placed my order - I have absolutely no idea whether it is going to turn up or not, and no way of getting a response from this company to let me know what is going on.

Answer: I just had the same issues. Raise a dispute with your card company or PayPal if they are no longer offering the resolution. Again, the like making customers pay for the return even if it's no fault of yours. Good luck.

Answer: Same as me they are rubbish I'm hitting every review platform I can find, warm other stay away, I waited nearly seven weeks for refund and they still owe me £50 for shipping, cowboys.
