I live in Germany and bought a water destiller from Vevor's German webstore "vevor.de":

The device is specified as 240V, screenshot from the website's user manual attached.
However, the device they sent me is NOT the one I bought but rather a 120V unit intended for the American market.
Their customer service has been extremely irritating so far: first they offered to send me spare parts with a 10-15 day shipping time and provided me with videos on how to retrofit my device which I can not do because:
- I am not trained to tinker with electronics
- I do not have any of the tools required
- Their instructions for the retrofit are incomplete
Then they offered me a 20€ refund which is just a bad joke because the device they sent me will not be usable no matter how much money they refund me.
So far my experience with Vevor has been nothing but terrible. It has been almost a week since my order and I still do not own a working water distiller. Their proposed remedies take up to two weeks and involve my own manual labour.
If they manage to resolve this situation within reasonable time I will gladly update this review, hopefully with some more positive information.

The 10x20 foot display tent did not last one night at our event. 2 arms broke upon set up and the windows kept blowing open allowing merchandise to get wet. We had to duck tape the frame and the windows.

I just assumed there would be an egg turner for this incabator bc it states it can also be used for chicken eggs, but no turner is included and I'm not sure what turner would fit as there were no suggestions. A bit disappointed.

Answer: Bought a new ice machine from them and when it got there it didn't work they told me I need a new compressor or new mother board. Why do I have to pay for parts when I just bought it and doesn't work. Don't buy anything feom this company. Takes them 2 days to reply then just say the same thing over and over. I s3nt them pics and videos of the machine the next day it came. Nothing they are robbing people for there hard earned money
