I purchased the powder bag filling machine on Amazon. It arrived on May 5th and never worked. I called customer service who told me someone from China will email me. That happened 3 weeks later, they asked for a video. I sent this to them the same day and got a receipt email from them. Have heard nothing since then. Typical stalling tactics, absolutely shocking customer service.

They will provide great service during the warranty period, even if our product has been used for half a year, they still send you a new product. That is very good after-slae service.

Bought multiple items had problem with two, one was misrepresented hard time contacting cs BUT VEVOR did make it right. Other item being a food item had contaminated food with METAL CHIPS! Being this item was not that expensive I tossed it into the garbage not worth TRYING to contact cs. VEVOR been ignoring my emails about why it won't let my purchase 500$plus in garden items, part of the no cs by email is any reply is NEVER same cs so one has to explain over and over and after a few times of this they literally will ignore any and all future emails.

Ice Maker

The ice maker I purchased stopped working in less than 2 weeks. I can only communicate with customer service via email. I have only gotten a run around from them. The product is poor quality and the customer service is a joke.

They shipped me an incorrect item. Instead of sending me the correct item they wanted to give me a $50.00 credit. Well that never happen. They said to check my bank which I did 3 times. I have used this bank for 20 years. Vevor shows you where they authorized a credit but will not furnish you proof that the credit was transmitted to my bank. Now I am out all of my $125.00 because I got no credit and the incorrect item is absolutely zero value to me. Beware and do not fall for their credit offers like I did. This is my own opinion.

Vevor ice machine

Purchased November 2021. Told the company it keeps leaking constantly.
Instructed he is sending the parts. After 6 weeks when not recieved l requested for a refund.
Refunded partially and denied to give full refund since. No warranty given and when asked to purchase new parts "Yuri" advised "but locally". Do not trust this company.
He should have given me my full refund £322 instead only got back £80.
Should should be sued under the law act.
They should not be selling in Uk.

DO NOT BUY FROM VEVOR!

We ordered an awning for our camper that said measured at 14ft 2 in which was exactly what we needed. When it came it was much bigger than this and wouldn't work. I contacted customer service and included pictures of what their product description says and what we received. At first I simply wanted to return the wrong item and get the right one sent to us instead. They kept saying they didn't make a mistake so I sent them pictures again from their own website stating what the size of the product was supposed to be. They kept insisting they didn't make a mistake and offered me a $20 refund. I paid $107.99 and got the wrong item and they want to give me $20 to make it right? I have corresponded with their customer service numerous times trying to just get this exchanged and they will not be reasonable so now I am still currently fighting them trying to get my full amount refunded. If you choose to buy from this company you are taking a big risk! After we ordered I have seen many reviews similar to this stating the completely wrong thing was sent and the company won't make it right. Lesson learned! Review company first!

The positive:
1) It got here.
2) they gave me half my money back to keep it and go away.

The negative:
1) Missing parts
2) miss-drilled parts
3) Incorrect parts
4) No instructions or documentation other than a fuzzy picture.
5) Even the fuzzy picture has an inset photo of the wrong product.

They make two versions of this. One for a three point hitch and one to pull behind a lawnmower. I ordered the one to pull behind a lawnmower. They mixed up some of the parts, so there was no way to connect the rake to the wheel mechanism. Holes that were drilled in pairs, were miss-drilled, so that you could get one bolt in, and the second bolt wouldn't align... No parts for the lift mechanism...
I had to take it to a welding shop to put it together.
It is so light weight, that it skips over the pine straw, but I am putting some weights on the bar, so maybe I can use it someday.

Buyer beware!

Vevor is a SCAM

I purchased a $1500 electric beauty bed for my business from Vevor and have had nothing but lies and problems from them since. The bed is horribly poor quality, materials and workmanship. The electrics stopped working after a handful of uses and the bed is full of ill-fitting inferior parts, with bolt holes out of place, plastic where there should be metal and it arrived absolutely filthy amongst other issues. It is completely unstable and unsafe for use.

When I contacted Vevor they demanded I send them video and photos of the issues which I did. They then demanded I fix the item myself with a part they would send. I was very displeased with this demand as I have no clue how to fix an item like this. They never even sent the part. Just continued to lie and delay blaming it on covid and delivery issues - for months and months.

After I had enough of their lies and storing the useless bed and losing revenue in my business due to not being able to use the bed I again requested a full refund and provided the laws under which they are obligated. They have continued to refuse a refund as they stated I had "used the item for months", despite being aware I was unable to use the bed as well as the fact they had known for months and had delayed everything and failed to remedy their defective item during that time.

They have now come back to me offering a 50% discount if I purchase a new bed! As if I would want another useless item of theirs let alone give them more money. They continue to refuse any refund at all, and their "best offer" is for me to get the bed repaired by a local repairman and "if it is in our acceptable range". I have had the bed looked at by a professional and they informed me it is not worth repairing, there are far too many defects and should not have been sent in the first place.

To top it all off the bed is covered by a 12 month warranty, which they confirmed via email, yet stated in the same sentence that means only 30 days! Their false advertising is ridiculous and this issue is still ongoing. I have spoken with lawyers in my family who are commencing legal action against this horrible company to recover my $1500.

AVOID THIS SCAMMING COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

STAY AWAY

The worse decision I could have made was to use this company! $2300 in dog tubs just to receive them with the main connection part missing! Called 3/29 said I would have part 15days emailed 4/22 now it's estimated I have to wait another month! I can find the part on Amazon an if it's in their price range they will pay? I'm loosing buisness due to their mistake! But they want me to find a part pay an what wait a year to be reimbursed if at all! WORSE COMPANY EVER

I purchased 200 spandex chairs covers last month. When they arrived, I opened the first cover and slipped it on a standard banquet chair. The elastic at the bottom of the back legs immediately separated from the spandex at the seam so that the leg of the cover would not stay in place. I tried a second and third cover and each came apart at the seams in the same place. I contacted the company and sent them a photo of the defects. They refuse to reimburse me for the shoddy product unless I send them 200 photos of 200 defective seams. I offered to just take half of what I paid so that I could hire someone to reinforce the seams, but Vevor says no because they don't believe the product is "broken." They are idiots and their product is crap and they know it. Otherwise, they would want their customers to be satisfied and stand behind their product with honor.

Product arrrived on time, was missing parts, and looked like it was used, we contacted and said we want to return it due to it appearing to be used, the instructions are a joke, written by a 4th grader, doesn't actually tell you how to use it. They stalled us with offers of a discount, we said we just want our money back, they clearly did this so it would go over the "fake" 30 day money back warranty. Once we posted the first review stating our dissatisfaction, they immediately responded with a bs line of how sorry they were for our poor service and they would refund us 100%, that was 2 weeks ago and nothing..
