So after posting on 6 different Social Media Sights, Vevor has once again reached out to me by email only and asked me to provide them with proof of purchase, a video and pictures. I have done this twice already, spoken to three different customer service reps that tell me they cannot help me. I get an email from Vevor telling me that i need to take the fridge to a professional business that can fix it and they will give me $100. That is crazy that I have to take my time to fix their product that has been used 2 months, if I cannot get them to send me a new one or refund my money, can you imagine what it would take to get $100 back for reimbursement. I am in contact with the Better Business Bureau, they need to investigate this company and their practices.
I recently purchased a Vevor 47qt Electric Car Fridge from Vevor website after reading multiple reviews on quality. I purchased in March and began to use it in June when I started camping. Two months into the season my Fridge started throwing a F3 code. I ran through all the troubleshooting before calling customer service as well as emailing and having a message chat with a customer service rep. This has gone on for one month now, i have sent in pictures and video of how the fridge is operating. I asked that I have a tech call me as I handy and can walk through the instructions the give me for a fix. No one has called me, all I get from Vevor is notes that say take it to a repair shop and they will gladly pay for the repair. In my mind it is not my responsibility to repair a product that is 4 months old and has a defect. I have asked to have Vevor send me a new fridge and I will send back the one I have for them to find the issue. OR I have simply asked for my money back and I would send them my fridge. Crickets! Nothing from Vevor, no phone call, no email, nothing... So i have told Vevor that i am going to do what any customer that is getting the shaft from a large company like Vevor would do. Hit their customer service and their ability to stand by their product with bad press on Social Media. There is no other way to get their attention and i will continue to hit every website warning people of this companies inability to take care of merchandise that was $279.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered three BAINE Marie buffet warmers for my business. One never showed, one worked ok, doesn't get hot, the other never worked out of the box. Material is flimsy, all wiring is loose and not put together well. Their response was for me to take some photos, which I did. They stated ok, please take a $100 refund, and keep the unit. After my response, I was told nothing they can do about lost unit, and they will now offer $50 refund. Prices are low because product is absolute garbage. Zero customer service and they don't speak English once you get past their fake customer service front in the US.

I ordered a Vevor maple top table on Amazon. The height 35". Instead, it is 33". Called Vevor and nothing.
I purchased vevor ice machine and at one year old the unit quit making ice so it seems to be out of warranty. Warranty starts on day of purchase so if it takes a month to get you now only have 11 months. This machine is very poor quality when it only last one year That's what I get for buying something not made in USA
I purchased an oven from vevor over a year ago, the oven doesn't work. I have 100 emails of going back & forth being told lie after lie... still no refund! Rated an F with the BBB. Listed as a scam company with PayPal. Shopify does there customer service if you want to call it that & their bank Worldpay are all part of the scam. Run false advertisements, delete all bad reviews on social media, they also write some of their own good reviews
They did not send me the product as listed on website but something else and then refused to return.

I have bought several items from them, including ice machines. Items are cheap, as the price shows. But, they don't work long---and they don't stand behind their items. Warranty is a joke. A Class Action Suit is needed!

I can never get a hold of someone on the phone. I get the same response from the emails I send. Do not order from them. Save your time and money.
Bought drywall sander and received a low quality Chinese product that was falsely advertised and doesn't compare to similar product from other brands. Tried to return, and the offshore support team straight up refused because the product wasn't broken. The website policy clearly stated free return within 30 days. This is an absolute joke and their garbage customer team is pretty useless.
Glad I read the reviews before purchasing. Alarm bells were already starting to ring when their customer service number could not answer a simple question i. E. whether an item was in stock. Tried calling some of their other overseas branches in Australia and the US and it diverts back to a UK number. Needless to say, but I won't be making a purchase.
Ordered 3 pc of the same item. Each cost 31$. They delivered 2. They ask to take pictures. Then they send you a questionnaire. Then they do an "investigation " into what and how it happened. In mean time you are waiting for your item and waiting your weekend on answering their questions. 5 emails later they ask if I want the item or refund. I say: "please send the last item that I paid for". Last email, refund it is, this item is not available. What? Mind you they gave me the option of refund or the item. And they make you feel like it is your fault that they screwed up. No, no, no. Stick to Amazon or Wayfair. I can't imagine if the item cost more than 31 dollars. Horrible company to deal with. Never again
Bought a drywall sander. Arrived missing a vital part for the extraction.
They promised to send the part, then said it was out of stock.
6 weeks later I have no working sander and no refund.

These guys are very skilled with photo shop software. My product does not look anything like the pictures. The tolerances are laughable. The welds are second rate and lots of sharp edges. Don't even think about leaving a review... because you can't unless it is 4 or 5 stars. Please look elsewhere.
A 10x10 brown square gazebo is a piece of flimsy crap can't take every a small breeze it says it's a pop up but it requires assembling all piece so talking it down every time you use it is a choir I bought it through Wal-Mart. Com they won't even stand behind it wish I had read the reviews about the company before I purchased the gazebo not one good thing was written
The product itself is well worth a 4 or 5 star rating, however, the company practices deceptive advertising. They claim to offer 30 day returns, but only if they approve the reason. The rails did not fit properly on my pool, so I was willing to pay return shipping or even accept a credit toward another product. I was told that the return fee would be $120 for EACH of the 2 handrails that I ordered. I'd rather throw them out. I won't be doing business with Vevor EVER again
Answer: Bought a new ice machine from them and when it got there it didn't work they told me I need a new compressor or new mother board. Why do I have to pay for parts when I just bought it and doesn't work. Don't buy anything feom this company. Takes them 2 days to reply then just say the same thing over and over.
