I wanted a cute marble case and all others I found looked cheap and i didn't like the colors! I took a chance on this one and it is amazing! I love the colors and the fit! It wraps around the screen to help with drops :) I can also still use all the buttons fine as well as the charging port! My daughter loved mine so much we ordered her the glitter case for her iPhone 8 which also fit great and will protect it just fine! We both ordered the tempered glass as well which fit great! We love them both and will order more in the future for sure!

Imagine dropping a brick on face! Hurtful. So hurtful. I nearly dropped my Note 9 on my face but thanks to the grip ring, I am safe! I was almost getting a popsocket but decided to go for the ring instead. Glad I made the right choice! And it matches my case perfectly. Shopping more rings and cases today!
I bought an iPhone case for my wife for Christmas. After she opened the gift and tried to put it on her phone, we realized it was for the wroing iPhone model. I wrote an emailt to Velvet Caviar for exchange information, and after acouple of days they replied telling me that it was past he 14 days window after DELIVERY, and they would not exchange. Again, this was a GIFT that was under the tree for probably at least that much time. This is ludicrous. Never buy anythiing from Velvet Caviar!
Absolutely love my case. High quality and is extremely durable! Love the silver detailing on the buttons as well, really adds a touch that looks great with my phone. Case comes exactly as it looks in the pictures! Can't reccomend these cases enough.

The shipping was pretty fast! Although there was a defect with my case I contacted VC and they were very fast with the response and willing to help me out. I was able to get a replacement all I had to do was pay the shipping! Awesome! The replacement came in pretty fast as well. Customer service and the cases are awesome :)

Their products are cheap and sub par and when we try to return them they want us to pay for it. When you tell them how you feel they try to belittle your opinion and say they get great reviews. Well not from what I have seen and read and I have my own opinion. They at like your opinion is wrong if you don't like something. Stay AWAY!
This product is so beautiful in person and I thoroughly am happy I purchased this. It is durable as well as I've dropped it from my pocket a few times. It is designed perfect for my phone as well which has an S-Pen.
I ordered the holo moonstone case. It's beautiful BUT is ill fitted and pushes the volume button up constantly so my lock button and volume down don't work. I emailed customer service and they argued that the case wasn't defective and just needed to be "stretched". When have you EVER had to stretch a case?!? Wasn't happy that they insisted i was wrong and then expect me to pay for shipping it back to them for a refund. Waste of $40
These are the best cases I have ever put on my phone. They are soo protective and soo cute. They protect your phone from any drops and they make them look fashionable in the process. Haven't put any other cases on my phone for months and I'm a person who changes their phone case every other day!

The cases I bought which were for a Samsung 9+ were pretty. That's about all they were cause they didn't fit my phone they swear up and down I ordered s9 cases! Why, would I do that when I know what model my dam phones are. So I hit them up asking to exchange them for the right size, they told me I had to do another order pay another 44.00$ for the right ones, then they will send me my new cases and refund my first order. Who the hell does that bulls***? Just exchange the damn cases for the ones I wanted and that's that, they told me they couldn't do it that way so I sent them back for a refund. The hell with this policy it is stupid along with the wrong size cases they sent me! I will never order from this stupid company and will stick to amazon from now on, I should of stuck with them in the first place! So no take my advice it's too much bulls*** for what you are going to pay, so nope let it go!
I ordered this case so I thought … a similar one was sent but it had pink all along the edges. After several emails since there is no phone I was told this one that is in the picture will not fit the iPhone 13 pro max that it only fits older models. My problem with this is they don't specifically tell you that the one in the picture isn't the one you order. I asked that since the information wasn't clear they send a prepaid return envelope because I feel that was very misleading. It is a 40.00 case plus tax and shipping so I felt it only fair they assume responsibility. They refused. So I will not order from here again and I suggest if you do you make sure what you order fits your phone. Don't just go by the picture on the site. I am showing the picture of what we received which is not what the Facebook picture looked like. The picture below on the left is what I got, the one on the right is what they advertised.
I love Velvet Caviar. I have got a couple of cases from them and they have all worked out perfectly. I have marble cases, floral cases, and a coffee case. I get so many compliments on them. Not only are they cute but they are very protective and sturdy. It is worth the price and I highly recommend them!
I had just purchased an iPhone XR and was in need of a case, stat! I went to velvetcaviar.com and was delighted to see their Coffee Please glitter case, but was so heartbroken to see that it wasn't yet available for the iPhone XR. I placed my order for another case on a Saturday evening, and Sunday evening, I saw that it was finally available for the XR! I was very excited and emailed customer service to see if I could switch out my previously placed order with the Coffee Please one. They were very good in replying back to me, and within about a week, I had the case in my happy little hands. Lexie with customer service was very accommodating and patient with me. I would gladly buy from them again!
Amazing phone case. All the phone cases are very cute and not heavy at all. These cases are very well made, they are not bulky like other cases and not slippery either. I have ordered from Velvet Caviar for years now and I will continue to order as long as they keep making cute cases :)
They didn't even mail my order until I emailed them a week after I ordered a decal for my phone. No apology, no excuse why my order was overlooked, no partial refund for their mistake. Now I have to PAY to ship their late product back to them and I'm out shipping again for a cheap decal that's made in China and probably overpriced.
