Velvet Caviar

I bought the white pink marble chrome case from Velvet Caviar with the matching ring and I get compliments on it all the time. It's so pretty in the sunlight and is very protective for my phone. Overall, I love it! Velvet caviar has the best cases, I only buy from them.

When I made my first velvet caviar purchase, I ordered the wrong size case. As soon as I realized my mistake when I received the case in the mail I reached out to customer service via email and immediately I got a response. When I purchased a new case in the correct size they sent me a return package slip so that I could return the original case and get a refund. I was supposed to mail it back in 5 days, but due to some unforeseen circumstances I did not make it. I reached out via email again asking if I could still return it despite missing the deadline, and they were nice enough to say yes, answering me back the same day. I am so grateful! Not to mention - I LOVE my new case. It's cute and protective and I have received so many compliments on it. I will most definitely be a returning customer.

I ordered a case all the way to the north of Norway and had it in my hands 9-10 days later! That is amazing, I've ordered alot from abroad and it's never that fast. Also the website is great, easy to use and with good pictures and information. Obviously the case was so beautiful and I'll definitely buy off of this website again:-)

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. This business is a joke. I ordered a case for my grandma over a month ago and it has still not turned up. I've contacted them several times regarding an update and they never responded until I sent them a strongly worded email to which I got a reply saying "it looks like it will arrive soon! :)" i waited two days after that and it still hadn't turned up. I emailed them last night asking for a refund. They replied with "because it is in transit and arriving soon we cannot process a refund :)" . I'm now taking this matter to the ACCC and have told them so. Absolutely disgusted by the customer service. 10-15 days delivery my $#*!. NO APOLOGY nothing! Just condescending smiley faces. If the case does ever turn up, they better hope it is bloody amazing.

I recently ordered a Flying Money iPhone 6s case and as soon as I saw it I was in love! The packaging is beautiful and goes into great detail about the significance of the case and what kind of protection it'll give your phone. I have the case on right now and have dropped my phone since then and it is doing me justice, lol. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for phone cases, I haven't tried their other products but I plan on it!

I love these cases and am on my second one and will most likely order a third one once I decide which one I want lol the shipping is super quick and the website is so easy to navigate. All in all amazing company

I placed my order on a Monday morning and by that Friday my order was still in processing, I was somewhat confused as to why. I emailed Velvet Caviar support and my emailed was replied to within a hour. The customer service lady (Lexie L.) told me that the case was out of stock and that she was very sorry no one reached out to me, no big deal. I asked her if I could just get a phone case that was the same price. I sent her screenshots of two I liked. She said that would be perfectly fine and she would have them shipped out immediately. I later received my tracking email; my package also arrived a day earlier than predicted by the email, which was great. I was also very surprised when I opened my package to find not one, but both of the cases I asked to replace the other one. I was so excited to see them both in the box. The customer service at Velvet Caviar go out of their way to please their customers. Great work!

I came across Velvet Caviar about 1 year ago and I am so glad I did. Every phone case I buy for my phones are Velvet Caviar and I couldn't be happier. They're cute and protective. I have a 1 year old who occasionally gets her hands on my phone and so it falls a lot or gets thrown around a lot but I am never disappointed w/ velvet caviar because my phone is always protected at most my case gets a scratch. I reached out to this company for a case I purchased that I was dissatisfied with. They got back to me the same day and offered me an exchange of any case regardless of the price difference. The new case came very quickly along with a free gift. I have purchased many cases and decals from this seller and have been pleased with the customer service I received as well as the cases.
