I've been using this case for about 2 weeks. It seems sturdy and I like that it has a soft inner layer with a hard outer layer. I purchased the matching phone ring and I like the patterns match up. The case is very pretty although not quite as eye catching as I had expected. I would recommend this case to a friend and I would buy another one myself.
Recently purchased the Coffee First iPhone Clear case and the matching phone grip. I love the quality of the items. I've dropped my phone a couple times on concrete (even landed face down once!) and neither my case or my phone had any scratches or cracks on it. VC has been a phone saver! It was my first time purchasing from them and won't be my last.

I ordered a phone case weeks ago to my apartment complex that they had delivered and then returned to them for no reason? It got sent back to me over a week later, and turns out they sent me the WRONG iPhone case size than the one I had ordered. Waiting to hear back if they'll actually send me the correct one or if they'll just refund me. Never again.
I am so pleased with the customer service and fast replacement of my order. Something had gone wrong in the shipping of my order and it ended up being delivered to the wrong address. I emailed them and immediately they got on the case and had my order reshipped - it came to me within 2 days.

I purchased this case for my Samsung note 9. This is the second case I have purchased from velvet caviar. With every new phone I will forever purchase one of their cases. I love their cases they are the perfect amount of girly and so durable! I recently lost my phone in the Ocean of Alaska on a rocky beach! I had one of the screen protectors on that they also sell. Lost my phone during high tide so it got swept up pretty fast and pulled out quite aways, we watched its GPS location on my husbands phone. We went back at low tide 7 hours later, fortunately my husband found my phone! The case and screen protector totally saved my phone from any damage, and yay for water proof phones. The screen protector was totally shattered, but my screen was fine and the case of scratched but my phone looked great! Let my phone dry out over night and it has been working perfect fine now for months.
I reached out to customer service and within 15 minutes got a reply! I got the s9 Moonstone case, it came quickly and is beautiful just like the pictures. It is very durable and I love the lip on it, makes it extra safe if ever accidentally dropped. I definitely recommend them and have to my friends already!

When i had an iphone 8 Plus I got a ton of cases from Velvet Caviar. My favorite was the dusty rose. I now have upgraded to an xr and i have the holo marble and opal flakes. Every single case I have received from them came in great condition and shipping was speedy! I love my phone cases! I am on my second phone case from Velvet Caviar and it's only because I got bored of the first after a year of use! I am one of those people who drop their phone on a regular basis. In fact I dropped it the other day right on the corner on concrete and the case didn't even have a scratch! The glass screen cover however didn't fare so well. I love the designs/prints/colors and many options you have to choose from. I highly recommend one of these cases and the matching ring/finger holders. I love them and will definitely be purchasing again!
I ordered a beautiful charger, ring and charger. After a couple days, I hadn't received a shipment email. I messaged them directly and they responded within the hour. They informed me that the charger that I had chosen was unfortunately no longer available. They gave me options to get a refund or choose another charger (regardless of cost difference) I chose another charger and it's currently on the way:-) Their customer service is fantastic! Extremely friendly, accommodating and took care of the issue within a few simple emails. I will definitely be using this company in the future.

Got a case here recently and its so uncomfortable at the bottom it hurts my fingers to hold my phone it feels sharp shoot my cheap case from amazon is better. They refuse to refund me due to the bogo deal bs and discounts they gave. They dont really care about customer satisfaction apparently.
