My order never came and when I contacted them they told me it was sold out. I get it's the holidays but send an email about the situation and refund me my money back instead of trying to keep it!
I absolutely loooove my case! It looks just like the picture and is super high quality. Fits my phone perfectly. I also have to give props to their customer service. I ordered the wrong size the first time and even though it was my fault they sent me a return label to cover shipping back. I will be ordering again for sure.
I purchased a VC unicorn key ring to be used on my phone case. I was very disappointed when it wouldn't stay stuck... After talking with VC, trying the different methods to adhere it. I contacted them and after send photos. They have agreed to send me a replacement. Which is very very appreciated.
I love these cases. They are so durable, high quality, last forever. My sister and I have been loyal fans for years. Their designs are the cutest you'll find and the quality is seriously top notch. I'm a big phone-dropper and these cases withstand everything and keep my phone 1000% protected. And they're cheap! I could rave about these cases forever. 10/10 recommend.
I recently purchased my second VC case and I absolutely love it! VC gave me a code at checkout for a FREE ring (normally $10) so I got the one that matches my case. I recently just purchased a dusty chrome rose grip ring for my iPhone 8 Plus and I am loving it! Aside from it complementing my dusty chrome rose phone case, It is super helpful and adds extra support so I don't drop my phone anywhere. I have been buying cases from them for a little over a year and I love them! I did have an issue with the case being too tight so I messaged them on fb and the issue was fixed within an hour! I have repurchased the same cases every time I buy a new phone. I have an s10 coming soon and will be buying one from VC as soon as they drop
I've ordered 2 cases from them so far, and I'm happy I did! There phone cases last. The first case I bought from them is one I had on my phone for a year now. No complaints other than it has a lot of scratches, which was expected. They aren't that noticeable unless you look closely. Dropped my phone quite a few times, the case never broke and my phone never cracked. I love the packaging, and I never had an issue with shipping. I plan on buying more of their products in the future.
I love the zodiac case! It's really cute, great quality and my cell is throughly protected (I've already dropped it). I like that it is very easy to grip and I would have probably already broken my phone if I didn't have this case!

Because of their beautiful protective cases, excellent customer service, and quick shipping I always enjoy and look forward to buying from VC. I always get compliments on my cases. Its a terrible company velvet caviar? Terrible costumer service! My case never arrived so I had to ask for a refund and only half of my order will be giving back. Then I found the exact same article on wish for 1 dollar. I dont recommend this company.
I ordered two cases, one for me and one for my daughter and we are impressed! Not only are they protective but the designs are so nice! I also preserved the ring that attaches to the back. Makes holding your phone soooo much easier. Will definitely be ordering from them again!

I think that the cases are so pretty and have managed to get ones that I can co-ordinate with lots of different outfits. I always check the site when new cases have come out to see if they can tempt me to buy another one.

I was recently introduced to this company. I purchased some items and had an issue with one particular item in the order. I reached out to customer service and not only were they very transparent about this issue with the product but they also gave me great options to rectify the problem. Furthermore, the rep I spoke with via email was very quick to respond in our back and forth corespondence. I believe companies have lost the art of good customer service but Velvet Caviar seems to make that a staple within their company! I highly recommend this company. I ordered on black Friday when they had the combo deal of case, ring, and screen protector for 30 dollars. It took about 9 days to be delivered here in Maryland. The case is what I expected with both quality, and looks. I am very happy with my purchase.
I will have to agree though with the comments about shipment tracking on their website. It doesn't seem to update until the package is delivered. It kept saying the package was in California up until the day prior to delivery. I was able to track it via my ups account tho, so it wasn't a huge issue for me. I have nothing to say about those that never got their package. I did research prior to ordering, because I had only seen the ad on fb and nothing else. It does seem, from my research, is that they do seem to have issues but for the most part most people end up happy with their purchases.
I bought the case and ring for my galaxy s8 and I love them. Dropped my phone so many times and not a scratch! It fits so well. And after asking about the rings, Velvet Caviar customer service said to just press tightly and give it a little time to adhere... it worked! Ring has been on the case and hasn't budged. I cant wait to get more cases and rings
They have the worst costumer service ever; if there's something wrong with your item they will avoid you and then just give you credit. They also advertise free returns but that's not true you have to pay to ship it back. Avoid!
