So I'm really not one to leave reviews! I will say the case does not sparkle like it does on the ad or on the website.
It does not allow to post pictures on these reviews or I would.
The case is pretty but not anything like they sell it to be! And not for the price i spent and the quality i expected.
I would pass and just but a pretty case somewhere else! Not even going to try and return it. The review I'm seeing here is it's not very easy!

I love this set that I got because it had little coffee cups on it, which I LOVE coffee so I thought this was so perfect for me! Had little issue with the package not being delivered to my house but luckily my neighbor had gotten it and brought it over! Hopefully the next time I order it'll be delivered to my house but other than that, I have nothing bad to say about this website! It's super cute and overall the quality is good!

I am very disappointed in a case for Samsung Galazy S9. For it to fit properly, support sent a video link on how to bend the case for it to become more flexible. For them to have to make a video is the final red flag! I tried as they said but no luck - it still presses all of the side buttons and even restarted my phone into safemode somehow. Its extremely to get on and off and is clearly manufactured incorrectly. This is unacceptable. I will never purchase from them again.

My experience with Velvet Caviar was fantastic. When I received my original order from them I noticed that it was defective. I reached out to customer service and they responded almost immediately and ended up giving me a gift card to repurchase the case. When I repurchased it I accidentally ordered the case for an iPhoneX instead of an iPhone 8+. Again I reached out to customer service and they amended the issue quickly with no issues. My shopping experience was great and I am definitely going to be shopping here again and recommending this site to my friends!

I saw an influencer (JuicyJas) posting about how she loved her cases from VC on YouTube and I was really impressed by the way the cases looked so I decided to buy a case and see if the hype was really true. Needless to say that looking through the site was so easy and there were so many cute cases! I decided to get the white marble case. I got my case it in about 4 days which is super fast. I love VC so much that I'll be repurchasing from them again!

I placed an order for an iPad case and it went through fine. A few days later, I was sent tracking information. The tracking information NEVER updated. It always said that it was waiting for the store to drop off the package. After a few days, I email them to check in. They reassure me that it shipped and that sometimes processing takes time...? Okay. A few more days and the same thing when I check tracking. By the 19th day, I email them again asking WHY hasn't the tracking changed. And guess what? The fabled iPad case that they told me had shipped was actually out of stock! NO apology or anything. Just completely out of stock and we'll either refund you or I could wait until its restocked hahahaha. I'm refunded but WOW! What a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this unorganized/unprofessional website to ANYONE.

When I first saw the Holo Moonstone Marble iPhone case, I fell in love with it because it is SO pretty. I will admit that I was hesitant to purchase it because someone else wrote a review about it being too snug an her buttons didn't work. I am so glad I reached out to Velvet Caviar via Messenger to address these concerns. They were so nice and suggested if I chose to buy this case to stemretch it should I run into any problems. Guess what? I have no problems. All of my buttons work fine. The case is not only pretty but it's durable. I chose to purchase the matching ring and I love it. It adds extra security when I'm taking selfies, etc. but it also works as a really cool stand that can be moved in several directions depending on what I'm doing on my phone at the time. I also love that it's lightweight and it isn't bulky like most cases made for iPhones. I have already recommended it to three of my friends. I simply love it. Thank you for making a quality, beautiful product!

Ordered off of an ad on Facebook on a whim. The website was easy to use. I loved that I was able to bundle my purchase and get 3 items for a discounted price. Once my order was confirmed I was provided with shipping information that I was able to track and keep up to date with my order's tracking. My order was delivered on time. The quality of the phone case and cover was exactly as described. I would order from Velvet Carviar again!

I discovered VC back in 2016 thanks to BretmanRock and I've been in love ever since not only because of their killer designs and affordable prices but their customer service, they really go out of their way to make their customers happy and they are always there if you have a question about a particular case, their CS is just magnificent. Great company, great phone cases, great designs I just love them. I get so many compliments on my cases from them and even though I sometimes get cases from other companies I always come back to VC because they're just the best! So if you're thinking about giving your phone a make-over don't hesitate to pick one up from them, they're beautiful and super protective.

First purchase made with Velvet Caviar, I bought a matching phone case and AirPod case and the quality is great not to mention they're so beautiful!

Second purchase was for case for my MacBook. The quality is much higher than I was expecting and I already had high expectations for it. It also comes with a silicone keyboard cover that doesn't damage your computers screen while it's closed. I also bought a temper glass screen cover and it's doing it's job well.

Can't wait to make my third purchase.

Horrible, horrible, customer service! We bought 3 cases from them. To start off they DIDNT come with a package! Super ghetto in my opinion as they were meant for gifts. They grabbed them in a flimsy tissue paper. When we tried one of the cases on it looked horrible and left marks under the case. I reached out to the company and now they won't return the case cause it was tried one for a second! Absolute complete SCAM! They don't want to help me with other two cases that WEREN'T opened! I am just disgusted by there customer service! Will never order from them and I don't recommended anyone else too in less you want too loose $.
