I ordered my Holo Moonstone case with matching ring & was extremely happy with the products, it was better than I imagined! First the service from VC is flawless. I messaged the FB page with some questions & received replies within an hour. When I ordered my set, it arrived about 3 days early! It's mesmerizing and so pretty AND durable. The case feels / is sturdy & has a matte texture so it isnot slippery. Top quality! Never buying a case from anyone else again

So I was really excited for my phone case to arrive! It finally did and I immediately put it on my phone. I have the iPhone 6s Plus. I preferred the black holographic case which is beautiful. The biggest issue I have is that the volume buttons and the on and off button are super hard to press. They dont catch on so Im constantly stuck on the phone screen trying to get it to shut off or turn on. And then we I do get it. The volume button gets pressed and it just is really annoying. Thats the biggest glad this case has. At least for me. Im almost to the point where Im just
Not going to use the case anymore. Because when youre in a rush. Theres not time to play with the buttons. The phone just had to stay with the home screen open and its annoying. Sadly with this experience I wont waste 25 dollars plus shipping on their cases again.

I absolutely love my tie dye MacBook case! It arrived here faster than I thought considering that there are delays. I get complements every time I use my laptop! I had no idea that I was going to get stickers ( I thought that was limited edition) I was so surprised and I added my Bossy sticker in the middle and I think it's looks really cute Thank you for always keeping me a satisfied customer!

This is my second time purchasing from Velvet Caviar. My firt purchase I did because I had just cracked my phone over it falling on the floor where the case I previously had fell out. I was interested in the product but was not fully commited to the full price items. I purchased items on sale to try it out and I loved them! I bought the case and the ring holder and I get so many compliments and honestly I rarely drop it. Now my second purchase is the Carli Bybel collab. I paid full price for this limited edition case and am soo beyond excited to receive it. Overall I had no problems with shipping or customer service. I received an email with my confirmation and tracking info and surely things went smooth. I am looking forward to new styles and growing my little phone case collection with Velvet Caviar.

I have been a customer of Velvet Caviar for a long time. What I love about this company for they're phone cases specifically over any other company is that they're always coming out with AMAZING designs and they listen to feedback from their customers in regards to help and styles that customers want to see with the cases. The quality of the cases are SO WELL MADE. They're protective but not too thick and not too thin so you can still enjoy the light weight of the phone WHILE it's being protected. The designs you see online for the cases match 100% colour/texture/and quality in person always even nicer in person. If it looks amazing online can you then imagine how it looks in person? AMAZING. It's a very high quality case where the designs never get damaged or "worn out" or faded. I highly recommend shopping with Velvet Caviar 10/10.

Personally I wish I could've find out about this site before, I love it and I'm totally obsessed! I ordered myself the original geode case and a matching ring as well and I completely love it, the durability of both are GREAT even bought my sister a case/ring and she loves them as well and even though the delivery doesn't get here within those 3 days (I believe mines came in like 5 days) it's still totally worth the wait and the price range is very appropriate, it's not too pricey but let's face it if you want something that's actually good quality it's worth a decent amount of money! All in all I can't express my love for the site enough I def plan on buying more products very soon!

I purchased my 2nd AirPods case from Velvet Caviar, and as always the shipping was fast and the case definitely protects my air pods. I love the design and the heart shaped keychain is a pretty touch. I have also purchased a lot of phone cases from here and the quality and style is always amazing as well. Would definitely recommend this business.

I placed an order for two iphone 12 pro cases, wasn't marked anywhere that it was a pre-order, on my confirmation email there was no mention at all that this was a pre-order and I'd have to wait 40 days for my order just to ship. I emailed customer service to see if my order would be shipped and they said "start shipping by November." I later found out that by november means november 23rd lol. This should have been clearly described on the website that this phone model wouldnt ship until the end of november. I won't be ordering again. I'm sure the cases are fine quality but not worth the hassle.

If they had meant to put a disclaimer and forgot, an email should've been sent out to customers to let them know so at least we wouldn't be guessing about where the products we paid for are. Their website is also not letting me post a review.

My Velvet Caviar Experience

I received a beanie hat from Velvet Caviar for Christmas. Initially I wasn't happy with my product because when the pompom came it was crushed and tad bit smaller then I expected. I emailed them and let them know about my concerns. Lexie was very understanding and offered to send me a brand new hat. That made me happy because I always wanted a beanie hat from them. Even when issue came up with mail carrier they still offered their assistance... i ended up locating my package. My hat was perfect. In the end I will say it was great experience. Not
A lot of retailers/businesses that actually care about their customers. I felt that they treated me very kindly and showed me that it's not just about taking customers money. I will be shopping with them in the future.
