After 3 weeks, I still have not received my items. I have emailed them, I have called them several times at the number listed on the website, to no avail. They have not communicated in any meaningful way. I regret not checking reviews online. There are 2 people on Facebook marketing what a great company they are and perhaps they were at some point, but the last 6 month reviews show there is some sort of scam going on.
Initially sceptic about the product. Received pure shea butter wax in a packed container. Same being used for skin issues of my aged mother. Happy about the purchase. Only drawback observed is no branding/ label on the container.
Absolutely atrocious company and even worse products. Take your money and burn it and you will be better off than place an order with them. Be warned and read the reviews, because they will scam you. We have ordered for 70.000 and the order never received us. I have been emailing them for 5 months and they simply say we will not help you or refund you. We have received 2 orders before and the quality is so low that our lab even said do not use this. In these orders they just send different powders and oils while we ordered the same. The colors were different, smell and viscosity. We mailed them and they just say its the same, while the pictures we send were completely different. Really, take this advise and of all the other negative reviews: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Also, the positive reviews are so fake. You can see they are manipulating their ranking. Search more online reviews to find the truth about them.
First let me say that I am a certified Aroma Therapist and have been in this business for 30+ years. I purchased Veda's "Calendula Essential Oil" and proceeded to make a 5 gal batch. I made a huge mistake by not smelling the Calendula before adding it to my formula. After blending all the ingredients and smelling it, I had to throw the entire batch away. This no more smells like Calendula that the man in the moon. It smells like the most rank and disgusting synthetic heavy perfume that you've ever smelled. I am so upset that I had to waste really good and expensive ingredients but there is no way I could possibly use anything from that batch. The smell is so potent that I had to take a shower to loose that horrible smell. Buyer be ware... Get a very small amount first before purchasing a larger size.
Ordered 8 "Essential oils" which ended up being bottles of vaguely vomit-smelling clear, watery liquid solvent with a hint of various perfumes that smell nothing like the essential oils they supposedly are.
Opened each one for maybe 5 seconds, now my house reeks of a cloying, chemical perfumey reek that caused me & two adult offspring to sneeze & get runny noses - whatever the chemical solvent is, it's an irritant to upper respiratory tract.
Windows, open, fans on, and the bottles double bagged, and Ziploc bags outside the front door.
I am going to guess that I'm never going to hear from the company or receive the refund I requested. If I do, I'll update.

The customer care lies and is unwilling to provide any assistance. If you are a business entity, you shouldn't work with them as they are not trustworthy and that's very bad for any business.

I placed an order at 11 pm, the next morning I wrote to them to change one of the items. They did not bother to respond. Later when I called at 4pm. They stated it's been 6 hours! But how? I placed an order at 11 pm. when these guys were not working. I wrote to them the very next morning. They did not respond. They are counting the night when they were sleeping!

Packaging is not perfect, we found less quantity in first order. In second order, some can are not received in good condition and even labelling is not perfect, not able to read product name because of leakage.
The do not supply documents for the use of any of their products in the UK or Europe despite saying that all their ingredients have the necessary documentation. They take your money and offer NO customer service, they start a chat with you. How can we help? Then NEVER follow through. I spent a lot of money on essential oils for my natural skincare company but with no documentation for assessment of the essential oils - allergen lists, safety documentation, I CANNOT USE ANY OF THEM.

Vedaoils made me make a purchase of a few thousands claiming they I can add base oil and use it for reed diffuser. On their guidelines and ordered the same but they didnt work on reed diffuser. And when I pinged them to ask, they claim that they have never sent me a msg like that. I further paitently tagged them on their own msgs and still claim to say they havent said this.
The oils didnt finally work as promised. A few thousands are wasted! And their customer care service is $#*!!

I ordered Essential Oil for my DIY project. The best part is I got the product at a lower cost than other sellers. Smells so nice I can't wait to use it in my soaps. Just their delivery takes a bit of extra time. Overall the product quality is fine.
I've been working with essential oils for many years, and one of my suppliers upped their prices and I stumbled on this site. Nothing that came is an essential oil. The allspice oil smells like fenugreek, the cedarwood smells like cat pee. Definitely synthetic fragrances so if you are sensitive do not try because I thought I was buying essential oils and they are labeled as "essential oils." And they come in absolutely terrible containers that are difficult to open, and they spill.
They are rude, their products comes in the most difficult packaging, product leaks into packaging and they don't want to resolve the problem. I've had issues with their communicating with me for the last month or so. This is unacceptable.
I had ordered 6 items from Veda oils. After a week I get an email saying that my order is cancelled. No reason was given. And all 6 items were cancelled.
When you call them the phone goes to an answering machine.
Quality not as expected, the aroma is too mainstream without the vanilla punch i was looking for. Perhaps you should offer better grades of the same product for different price ranges do the customer to choose from.
Bought "orange flower" absolute and rosewood eo. The rosewood was damaged and leaked in the package and I received orange peel oil. After 10 days of sending photos, no communication. Crickets. I assume I've been had on the absolute.

I have been a regular vedaoil product buyer, butters, oils, candle jars nothing ever disappointed me. I wish they had some special coupons for regular buyers.
I thought the prices were very attractive compared to other oils online and basis review printed.
However, I did not like the lavender essential oil at all. It seems very unnatural ( i have experienced original lavender essential oils from lavender flower farms) and synthetic and in my personal case made me nauseous.
I am using Veda fragrance oils since a year now. All the fragrances are awesome. But from all of them which I tried ti now, I am facing issue with frangipani and Mango fragrance. They smell divine, no doubt. But do not mix well with the waxes. The oil remains at the bottom after pouring at the right temperature in the wax. Hope to get this solved soon. I rate 5* for overall service and products.
Texted immediacy after order to cancel will not do it. Even though nothing has been done yet on their end. Said can have a credit which I don't want. Wouldn't even refund the shipping cost if I didn't want the product. On top of that shipping 50gbp for 10-15 day time frame. A scam
