I hope this can be useful to people to don't but in this company of Veda oils. I bought essential Jasmine oil and when open was not genuine. Was mixed with something that who knows what it is. The label was hand written and in any way we can know the ingredients. But for sure i don't trust to use it. I bought unrefined shea sell butter and again was fake. Mixed with other things like parafine. Again hand labelled with no ingredients. I talked with costumer care and they just protecting their company. Really pure fake.

Quality fake all essential oils no helpful this product because same smell all essential oils

I recently bought agarwood (oudh) and amaretto seed oil from Vedasoil to use them in my perfumes and I know exactly how they smell. All I received is two cheap generic fragranced oils without any oud or ambrette seed there. I sent them to complain and they tried to convince me that their oils are real. LOL. I lost $54. They never refunded me of course. They just lost a client. Please don't waste your money

My order was delayed without any updates and after repeated follows. I was constantly given very vague replies

I ordered 29 oils and I received 9. All 9 oils in bent aluminum bottles with blank labels.order# 2571

Product lable other and iner product different fregness and policy is verry bad.
I AM not satisfied this company and product.

There was no bill enclosed in the box. I had also requested for CoA. I got neither of them

Despite the nearly fast delivery, I feel aways disappointed by the fragrances and the essential oils supposed to be natural! I bought really a lot of them and tried to reach out the customer service, no answer and no explanation!
I won't order any more

I would suggest adding some recipes to listings. Also suggest adding more details about your product. For example Sea Buckthorn oil & green tea extract is being offered on same listing as either oil soluble or water soluble. HOwever listing has no clarification on what is the difference to guide customers. I even chatted with your online chat and they also had no clue what the difference was!

Overall all the oils I purchased (total 5) were super and received in good packaging, along with the candle jars. I have used two till now and they look pure. Only one issue, one of the oils (orange essential oil) leaked a bit I guess and there was was spillage. Rest all good!

Received order on time and the ingredients were of good quality.
The chat support on website was also up to the mark and super helpful.
Only one suggestion is to include more detailed steps for candle making. The temperature readings for each step would be also super helpful.

Overall a good product and service.

Once received Peppermint essential oil damaged asked for action for the loss, but didn't received any propee response, on my previous order material sent to some other people, but after complaing about that I got my materials within two days! So 3*

Hey the quality of the products was really good I really loved them. My only concern was the packaging. It's a little difficult to use the essential oils because of how the products were packed. It's difficult to pour a few drops or even open the bottle everytime you want to use it.

I purchased a number of items and they are of very good quality, but the two that blew me away was the blue lotus and saffron essential oils - amazing oils and very good value for money!

Whatever was shown in the image, I received the exact product. Very satisfied with the quality and other descriptions given! Very detailed explanation is given for each product and easy to understand.

I have used it for enhancing the aromatic atmosphere of my room. I find it very refreshing, especially the nag campa oil. With a few drops in the ghee lamp, it lasts for hours as long as the flame goes on. I find it amazing, its fragrance tends to linger on me even though I didn't apply it directly to my skin.

There was an extended delay between our placing the order and the shipment. We hope it will be an expedited delivery response the next time.
There is no intimation from Veda Oils about the status of order and we have to mail them more than twice to elicit a response. Even a WhatsApp message couldn't speed up the response.
Hope it will get better next time.
