When I received my dress I was delighted with it. It was just what I wanted and fitted perfectly. I'm really glad I purchased it from Vbridal and look forward to wearing it at my daughters wedding.

I ordered my dress for a wedding in August. The next day the bride had a change of heart about the color selection. I email to get the color changed and the site emailed me back that my dress had already been cut out and was being prepared. After three weeks I checked on the order and was told they canceled the order because of my color change inquiry. They CANCELLED my order but had not issued a REFUND and NEVER contacted me about my REFUND. KEEP YOUR MONEY, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY--VBRIDAL I had to

Yesterday I got my wedding dress, which I ordered at vridal.com. I felt extremely nervious because it is usually a lottery when you order online without a chance to try the dress on and see it with your own eyes. After hundreds of hours sitting in front of the monitor, I finally chose the dress I liked. I also sent my measures and asked to make the dress a little longer as I wanted to wear high-heeled shoes. In a day after the order, I received an answer from a vbridal team, who assured me that all my wishes would be taken into account.So in 4 weeks I got the dress. I did not need to pay any taxes (I live in Germany), although I read a lot of comments where people had to pay taxes. So, the dress fitted perfectly and the length was exactly the one I needed! The colour of material (organza) was a little different that the one on the picture, but I liked it in this colour even more! The only one thing I would appreciate is to have a cover for the dress. All in all, I would like to thank the Vbridal team and the tailor who created my dress!

Received my wedding dress today and the quality is fantastic! I was so suprised. I ordered the dress in a champagne colour which wasn't shown on the picture but didn't want the dress in white. I knew this would be risky as not being able to try the dress on I wasn't sure whether the colour was right or not. The colour is exactly as I imagined, but i do advise to order in the colour you see as I'm not sure the colour suits me (totally my fault). After I ordered it I went into full on panic mode thinking have I wasted my money? But I didn't have to worry, I paid the extra to have a custom fit which was correct and the quality is great. It has a lovely train on it too. When asking questions I was answered promptly and customer service were really helpful. The only dissapointment is the way the dress was packaged. I thought it may come in a dress bag but was folded inside out wrapped up in a sealed bag (good) then the outer plastic packaging. It will need a steam but any dress would need a steam before the big day. Plus as it's backless I believed there to be a better bra support in there which I would definately need but I'm sure I can figure that out. For anyone thinking of ordering their dress on a budget then really think of this firm. I didn't want an expensive dress but still wanted a great dress so thought £145 was an ok risk to waste for me personally. For the minor changes I will do to it, the price is amazing. Update 05/18/2016: I received the dress yesterday (5/18/16). I didn't find out it had arrived until I got home from work in the evening. I was nervous and excited. Honestly, I didn't open the packet right away as I did not want to be disappointed, but after my workout, dinner and shower, I braved up and unpacked it. My first thought "what the heck" as it arrived inside-out lol. I flipped it over and right away noticed the silver color (which is the color I ordered), the beats and silky material (so far so good). After inspection, I felt relieved the dress looked as what I saw on the model on their website. I tried it on and... I LOVE IT!. It fits perfect. Other than needing alterations on the length (which I was expecting and wouldve had to do with any other dress) and removing a few wrinkles the dress is GREAT and I am VERY pleased with the quality of the material. I can't wait to wear this dress at my daughter's (Jessica) wedding! Thank you Vbridal! So glad I decided to take my chances.

PS... Also, I was kept informed via e-mails, throughout the entire process, from the time I placed my order to the time it got shipped with anticipated arrival date.

Update 5/12/16: I received a notice saying the dress got mailed on May 10th, so I should be receiving it soon. Can't wait. Excited and nervous at the same time.

The weddingdress I recived didnt look like the one I actually ordered. The fabric doesn't look the same as the picture and thats make the dress. Also the shoulders and sleeves are different.
