Spent $150 and never even received confirmation. It's no longer even Better Business Bureau accredited. I wish I would have googled them first.

Over 5 months. Try to call for my dad, always say voicemail is full and no one pick up. He got scam out of his hard earn money. Be careful people, scam company.

U.S. Vital emailed me a number for customer service that is not in service. They then left me a voice-mail and it was an Asian lady talking extremely fast but I was lucky to catch her number and not name. The number is from Colorado somewhere. I leave messages DAILY because I want my money back. VitalChek is who I ended up going through as they are partnered with every state. I'm not sure where U.S. Vital came from but they are taking advantage of everyone in search of their birth certificate. This company needs to be reported. U.S. Vital would be left alone but they have copies of my personal info. Out of $57. They even set up the charge as similar as the real site so it looks legit. Turn around time from the real site wasn't even two weeks. It's been 8 weeks and I still have yet to hear back from U.S. Vital.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, never got my certificate, I paid 54 dollars, they sent only 20 dollars to San Diego department and the price for the death certificate was 24,0o dollars

I followed their procedures to the letter. They mistakenly sent all my completed paperwork that I sent to them back to me. I contacted the manager Lily, explained the situation, she apologized, said she would issue a refund if I sent the paperwork (again) back to her. I asked " What about my birth certificate?" Lily said she would send in the paperwork. I've been waiting a couple months now, I contacted Lily and she could care less about the situation. She issued the refund but didn't send in my paperwork as promised. No heart, no love, no soul. Told me I needed to contact LA County myself. Theres bad service and there's no service. Don't waste your time with USA Vital.

I ordered a birth certificate and paid this company $57 and 6 weeks later I still haven't received my birth certificate or gotten a response from this fake company…. The federal government should be all over this site and arresting these crooks on federal charges …… this is not legal to just take peoples hard earned money like this…… I want my money back

I WORK IN A MARRIAGE LICENSE DEPT AND WE CONSISTENTLY HEAR FROM CUSTOMERS NEEDING A COPY OF THEIR MARRIAGE RECORD THAT THIS COMPANY CHARGES MORE THAN 5 TIMES WHAT THE ACTUAL FEE IS TO OBTAIN THE RECORD DIRECTLY FROM OUR OFFICE. ALWAYS CONTACT THE OFFICE THAT ISSUED YOUR RECORD (MARRIAGE LICENSE DEPT IN THE COUNTY/STATE WHERE YOU GOT MARRIED) TO OBTAIN A CERTIFIED COPY. FOR BIRTH/DEATH CERTIFICATES CONTACT THE HEALTH DEPT IN THE STATE WHERE THE EVENT OCCURRED.

I am into month 5 on waiting for a copy of a death certificate. The company keeps telling me that it will be here next week and when next week comes - there is still no certificate!

Paid for my mother's birth cert. They "rejected" my complete application. Wouldn't say why. Never returned my $62.00 fee. Thieves.

I PAID 89 DOLLARS SO I WOULDN'T HAVE TO PRINT ANYTHING. ALL I GOT WAS A PDF THAT I COULDN'T PRINT. I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY ARE ALLOWED TO SCAM PEOPLE LIKE THIS AND GET AWAY WITH IT.

Paid for death certificate of my father. NYS law does not permit child to order same. Contacted these folks and got zilch in return. Don't waste your money.

I didn't even order any documents, I was charged $125.00 for absolutely nothing! I explained this to the company multiple times and yet nothing. I cannot afford to give $125.00 away. What a scam! Do not use this company ever!

Ordered by Birth Certificate in Feb 2021, Never received it, tried calling and they hang up, tried emailing and you get a response to check a website and then you can not log in- it tells you to call. Its a loop and you never are able to get a hold of anyone. I am reporting to BBB and I am going to try to get my money back. But probably will not be able to.

I paid this company $125 for a certified marriage certificate on Dec. 7,2020. As of March 23,2021, I have not received the certificate, despite the fact that the request was processed and charged to my account. When I called them, no one answered, and I had to leave a message requesting a call back which I have not received. Do not do business with this company. You can get certified copies of licenses from the Register of Deeds in the county in which the license was acquired. In NC, it only costs $10.00 versus $125.00

I paid $137 to get a death certificate overnight. Its been a week and nothing. What really worries me is they have my social. Go to the county to get records. I should know better. Disputing with my bank.

Please beware of this company. I paid $61 for a birth certificate with expedited shipping almost a month ago and still nothing. I have been sending emails, leaving voicemails and calling customer support continuously because this is needed for employment purposes to no avail. I can't express the level of dissatisfaction with the company and will NEVER use this service again and will stress that others steer as well. I normally don't believe everything that I read however in this instance I should've just ordered from the health department. I spoke to Lily today and was left fuming because the lack of concern was disheartening. Please beware, it's not worth the amount of $$ you pay.
