“Still no birth certificate”

I ordered a birth certificate from this company. They were fast at taking my 47.00. Still have not received the birth certificate. I need it to get my driver's license renewed so time is a issue. I did just mail to the state for one since I am out of time. So I guess I've just been scammed. I will let the bank deal with them. I want my money back. I got nothing for it
