I arrived at the airport and located the bus to take over to the van shuttle spot, and all details I had handy via email (on which bus to take, where to locate it at the airport outside the terminals, etc.)
The van shuttle was efficient and had a nice driver. At the vehicle rental spot, I filled out my paperwork (which I honestly wish was provided ahead of time for me to complete digitally, but I digress) and handed it to the gentleman at the counter. He helped me finalize details based on my car insurance and the type of coverages I had, then provided the keys to the vehicle.
The car itself was clean, drove and handled very nicely, and offered modern amenities (Bluetooth connection, etc.)
Returning the car was simple and fast, and everyone at the rental facility was polite. I enjoyed my experience with U-Save.

Everything went as expected. We called the company on arrival at the airport. Their representative arrived within a few minutes and took us to their base which was a 5 minute drive from the airport. The process to pick up the car was fairly straightforward. The car was new, clean and as advertised. Only issue was that it only had a 1/4 tank petrol and we had to drive to Agadir so we were a bit apprehensive that the fuel would be enough but made it to our hotel easily. Would have been better if the tank was full to avoid the anxiety. No problems with the car during the 6 days we had it. Return was at the same place, however the office was closed when we arrived so had to call them and waited a while for representative to arrive. Once they checked the car they dropped us to the airport. No dramas.

I was a little wary. I'd read reports that Green Motion - who seem to be very closely aligned with U-Save - could be challenging to rent from, so I was expecting poor service.
The opposite was true. From the get-go, staff were friendly and efficient and the vehicle was of a very high standard, spec-wise and cleanliness-wise.
I videoed the car, as I always do, to make sure there were no nasty surprises later on, but the vehicle was spotless when I took it out, and spotless again when I returned it and videoed it again.
The return procedure was straightforward and there were no sharp practices or attempts to extort money from my deposit.
I'd recommend both Green Motion and U Save to anyone, and would use them again myself.

It was great service from reception with Mr Sana until fast checkout and follow up. The car was old but did the job. The location of office is about 15 min from airport by shuttle. When I arrived I called the office and they described me the location of the shuttle which came 10 min after the call with welcoming. I highly recommend U-Save

They charged me additional fees which I was supposedly going to be reimbursed for upon return of the vehicle, and so far, two months have passed. I still haven't been reimbursed.

To clarify, when a vehicle is rented, a pre‑authorisation hold is placed on the customer’s card. This is not an additional fee but a temporary security deposit to cover fuel, damages, or other potential costs. Once the vehicle is returned in line with the rental agreement, the pre‑authorisation is released by us immediately. However, the time it takes for the funds to appear back in your account depends on your bank or card issuer, and in some cases this can take several weeks.
That said, two months is far longer than expected, and we would like to investigate this matter directly to ensure the funds are returned to you. Please contact our customer service team, using the form at www.usave.com/contact with your rental agreement details, so we can resolve this promptly.
