All logistics were handled well by helpful and cheerful staff. Very happy overall and good value. The only downside was no home charger supplied with electric vehicle which would have been really handy.

The personnel was very friendly and competent. The car was old, apple carplay didn't work and the parking disc (important in Italian inner cities) was missing. I still don't regret the booking.

The Hyundai Elantra is a wonderful riding vehicle with a very friendly GPS system. One drawback is the getting in and getting out of the car. For more senior drivers, wiggling around the steering column is a challenge.

The shuttle service was immediately available and the woman driver was kind and knowledgeable. The counter service was friendly and expedient. The vehicle provided met all our needs and performed exceptionally well. I'm so happy to have had this experience and will definitely be working with U-Save in the future.

Sadly U-Save is a subsidiary of Green Motion who i have had bad dealings with before, as I had prepaid i could not cancel the booking. This time the same problem happened whereby I had £136 for admin fees, the issue came about on a dart-charge which was paid but a mistake was made on the registration number, the number had an O and not an 0, after several emails with them I could see they would not budge on the Admin Fee which was more than the car hire. It seems the cars are leased so there are 2 admin fees involved which is passed on to the leasee.
Staff are friendly cars are good but the company does not believe in customer service.

The cars, and pricing were as advertised, although many other customers were not thrilled w their pricing increases at last minute.

I had a very disappointing experience with U-Save Rental Cars, and I will not be renting from them again. I returned my vehicle on time and in perfect condition, but the company failed to refund my $2,000 deposit, even though they promised it would be released shortly after drop-off.
I waited more than the 14-business-day window they claimed was required, and I still did not receive my money back. This delay is unacceptable for a deposit of this size.
Their customer service was extremely unhelpful. Every time I called, I was either given vague excuses or transferred to someone who couldn't provide real answers. No one seems to take responsibility, and communication is very poor.
Overall, this company lacks professionalism, transparency, and basic customer service. I recommend avoiding U-Save and choosing a more reputable rental company to save yourself the frustration.
