Checked in the day before pick up and paid that speeding up the check- in process and makeing sure the car was ready even was arrived late for 2 hours.

Excellent price, the car was clean, new. The guy that helped me was friendly and professional. The only issue was I didn't want the added CDW as my credit card covered it. The guy had to get on the phone to the owner to authorize so it took a lot longer to get the car than it should have. I recommend taking a print out of your credit cards CDW if you intend to use it.

Arrived at the office, within a few minutes had the car ( Toyota hybrid-HCR recent model); The car was perfect for the week and pnly had to fill up once before returning it. They brought us to the airport quickly upon returning the vehicle. All in all it was very efficient and very economical!

Collection and return at the Heathrow Holiday Inn not the most pleasant of experiences with only one bus an hour and an unwelcoming environment. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and soon sorted the issue about "free mileage" offered by Booking.com. Almost brand new car, easy to drive. There was almost no petrol in the car and the local garages all charging over the odds. Like-for-like petrol is a bit of a scam and the car was returned with 1/4 tank, but no refund (only penalty for under). Will use again on my next trip and make sure I have a copy of the bus timetable.

Schönheitsfehler bei der Übergabe: Die Beschreibung des Treffpunkts bei der Abholung war veraltet und führte zu Irritationen und diversen Telefonaten.
They gave me a very bad car, the first one was dirty and we refused it, the second one was broken after an accident and they did not repair it. All the car were without CarPlay

Employee was friendly, courteous and actually inspected vehicle before and after use. Went over main functions of vehicle before leaving.That has not happened with other rental companies we have used.

They charged me for a ride they never gave me to Airport. I have called them several times and left a message since the Rental. No one has called back despite the lie that is on their recording despite saying they will call back. They will double or triple your prices i you call for an extension. Better to say you need it a week or 2 weeks and turn it in early to them.

I used U save twice in one month. I like the check in up front and it makes the picking up smooth. The customer experience was excellent. The car was clean and tidy the first time. The second time was also good apart from the car which was a little damaged but above all it was a little dirty inside.
