No kiosk at airport - met staff in parade and car wrong - second car also wrong but took it - took over 1 1/2 hours to get car. Drop off had to wait for staff in parade as not there at the pre-arranged time.
Despite several emails I have still not had my blocked funds on my credit card returned yet. This is 15 working days and so nearly 4 weeks since I returned the car. This has prevented me from renting another car. I have never experienced this time delay anywhere else in UK, Europe or North America. Totally unacceptable.

Would not recommend! The price online wasn't the price I had to pay. I paid for insurance upfront and had to get their insurance.

Very friendly people, the only issue we had was finding our shuttle; after getting our baggage we went to ground transportation and had to call. It took about a half hour for the shuttle to pick us up. The car was ready, and we had no other issues.

Szybkie wydanie samochodu. Szybki zwrot. Kaucja zwolniona od razu przy zwrocie. Trzeba tylko robić samemu zdjęcia uszkodzeń przy wydaniu samochodu. Dokładnie go obejrzeć.
Jak są jakieś uszkodzenia to prosili o zdjęcia zrobione przy wydaniu. Czy już były.
Na formularzu było zaznaczone tylko jedno uszkodzenie a było więcej. Pokazanie zdjęć załatwiło sprawę.

I've got the car in excellent condition and it was ready in time. Car return process was fast and easy, regardless it was very busy with a lot of people returned their cars at same time. U-SAVE personal was very polite and helpful.

We had to wait for the navigation system to be installed, although it was ordered. Nevertheless it was a good experience due to the charme of the team from U-Save. Beside that, the car was in a very good condition, clean and fully functional. We felt save.

I made an online reservation throu Ryanair. Me, my wife and my daughter got to the place to retrieve the car. First off, the room was full of spiderwebs at every corner of the ceiling, with visible big spiders. My wife had to get outside because of it. Once there, i realized i forgot my credit card at home and that was an issue. The young lady told me that she couldnt process the rental without and that i had to call ryanair to move the reservation from mine to my wife name (cause fortunately we had my wife s credit card with us). I asked if adding my wife as a driver would allow her to accept her credit card and she said no. I opened ryanair s voucher and the only phone# in the voucher was the U-save office we were in. Made the lady aware of it and she told me to look up their phone online. With patience, I did. Tried to call with no luck. I kindly asked her if she could get in touch with them, given that they are ryanairs partners for rental and she told me she didnt have any number she could call. Fast forward... after 1.5 hours she said the only solution to rent a car was to pay U-Save to cancel the reservation and move it to my wife name paying 180 euros (on top of the 200 already spent for a 3 days rental). True fact is that i shouldnt have forgotten my credit card, however. We had my wife s card and customer service was just aweful! I honestly do NOT suggest to rent from this place.

Helpful staff; car was good value and adequate for our needs. Collection and drop off was pretty smooth.
All details about the rental were explained clearly when picking up the car, and there was minimum fuss when dropping it off. The rental location was off site, but we were only waiting a few minutes for the shuttle to collect us. The office only opened at 8am which could be a problem if you have an early flight (which we did), but there is a 24hr drop off facility in the airport for a €60 fee.

J ai louée et payé ma voiture via Booking. Comme très souvent. Mais la au Maroc.la location étant payée pour 10 jours il fallait l empreinte de ma carte bleue pour la caution. Aucune de mes cartes de crédit dont 2 sont des cartes gold ne passaient d après l agent de U SAVE car c était des cartes de débit et non de crédit. L avion ayant eu du $#*!. Il était 20 h donc impossible de téléphoner à ma banque. L agent m a proposé en quelque sorte de relouer la voiture et de lui donner 350 e en espèces. Ce que j ai fait étant seule et avec plusieurs bagages. Apres appel de ma banque le lendemain matin, mon conseiller m a expliqué qu'en Europe il n y avait que des cartes de credit et que ce n était que des cartes de débit. Donc que j etais victime d une arnaque et que j avais payé 2 fois ma location. A l agence de Marrakech est espèce et que le fameux OUSSAMA avec qui j ai eu à faire a mis les 350 e dans sa poche

The car rental itself was good, but the transport between the terminal and U-Save at the Holiday Inn was TERRIBLE. When I arrived at Heathrow, the scheduled bus didn't operate as the bus driver didn't appear and after drop off at the end of the rental, the scheduled bus didn't arrive either forcing me to get an Uber in order not to miss my flight. I will not be using U-Save at Heathrow again as the non existent buses made the whole experience incredibly stressful.
