If you're Canadian, do not print with Uprinting.
Firstly you cannot enter your address, you'll have to talk to 5 people before they can input your Canadian address into the system and set up an account with Fed ex.
Then also, make sure you check your tracking like a hawk. They forgot to give Fed ex a commercial invoice so they held onto the package and didn't notify me. I had to contact Uprinting and then Fed Ex. Fed Ex told me I could fax in the invoice but I didn't receive all of the information I needed from Uprinting to do so.
I spoke with someone in the AM about this, they told me they'd forward my issue onto the shipping specialist and that they'd personally e-mail me with an update. There is a 4 hour time difference between Uprinting and where I live, so I waited until it would be 4pm their time as I hadn't heard anything. I spoke to another person who was very apologetic about it and said they would expedite the shipping at no cost to me so I'd receive it in 2 days, which was a day before the original delivery had things gone smoothly. I was pretty happy! So I checked the tracking this morning and nothing had changed.
I waited until noon their time before going back online to see what was going on. I was told because they were expediting it they were waiting for Fed Ex to send the package back to the them. Knowing how slowly and poorly things had been taken care of so far and just wanting my items I asked them to just send the invoice to Fed ex and refund my shipping. I was afraid that they'd blame Fed ex again for the delay and I would still not get my items in time, so what was the difference?
I am currently on the phone with Uprinting trying to see what is going on. I've been on hold for 10 minutes while they try to figure things out with their Fed ex team and their specialists. They said I have a lot of notes on my file... I wonder why! When I asked to refund my shipping cost, they laughed and said they have to try to resolve the problem first. Those are two unrelated things, and I shouldn't have to pay for their screw up.
I am so unimpressed and I haven't even received my order yet. I am a seriously laid back person too... so if you're not, you'll hate dealing with Uprinting.

They are making a killing off of shipping costs. They tried to charge me 75 to ship 200 stickers. A total rip off.

The thing is they lack Customer service. It's not that the product is terrible but this isn't a company you can grow with and that's the thing. They make a-lot of mistakes but if You need something small to start out it's not such a risk. I wouldn't trust a large order with this company though. If I can't grow with you due to negligence on your part it's just not worth it. I took a really big blow because I thought this company had my back but I soon realized if you ask for anything more complicated than a square you may indeed run into a few problems. And sadly once they have collected your money, there will be no proper due diligence to complete orders just automation and oversees call center help. I can tell that this company does not take into consideration that their clients have extremely busy lives and are outsourcing this service because they need help. One of the things I found to be very interesting as a graphic designer is that they never recommended what a graphic designer would have recommended for a specific logo. They just said change your logo, as if they had no experience with graphic design, as if changing the shape of a "set" logo is so simple. So Instead of telling me to essentially re-brand, they could have just recommended a proper size that would fit the logo but for some reason that wasn't something they were able to come up with in their own. Sadly They kind of leave you guessing while providing no proper solution, you have to guide them - they will not guide you and if your not a graphic designer that could be really bad for you because unfortunately, they seem to lack the integrity or the motivation needed to go for the long haul. They kind of feel like a turn and burn kind of company and you never want to invest in some thing that makes you feel like you're being turned & burned. Again, if you need something small and insignificant for a party or something that isn't your livelihood then this is a great place to get your stuff but if you're running a business, this company is too much of a risk.
The ordering process and shipping process went well. The quality was poor. Our banner ripped the first day.
Needed business cards and vinyl labels for my company. Super fast turnaround time. Shipping was very expensive though.
I will continue to order from UPrinting because of their easy ordering, quick service, and good quality.
They are the best! Fast service and accurate products every-time! Whenever i need quick printing options UPrinting is my go to.
I ordered a set of metallic stickers. My logo was white in the file but I'd requested that the background be silver as I didn't know how to set that up. When my stickers came in, they came in the wrong size. The logo was silver and the background was plain white. I checked my files and my order and I did indeed order in the smaller size with my logo in white.
I got in touch with UPrinting and quickly, they got back to me and said they'd get it fixed. I'd have to approve of the file again so that they would proceed with printing. Well, the file that I had to approve was wrong. At this point, I just wanted to cancel because this was greatly delaying my order. The UPrinting agent got back to me the same day and said they'd get the file fixed. It was an error on their end. BUT I did not ask for the file to get fixed. I asked for a refund.
I kept getting emails on the file review and I unapproved of the review, saying I wanted a refund. They were so quick to get back to me before but they're ignoring me right now. I unapproved of the file on Friday. It's Tuesday now and still no response even after emailing their agent.
Extremely frustrating. I've read so many bad reviews on UPrinting but thought nothing bad would happen to me but lo and behold, they've kept my money and aren't giving me a refund for a set of stickers they printed incorrectly. If they don't get back to me soon, the only way I can get my money back is to get in touch with my state's Department of Consumer Protection.
UPDATE: The issue was resolved after posting a review on Facebook. It was very fast. I appreciate the resolution. Still disappointed that it took posting several negative reviews to finally get a response after days of being ignored.
