I love the stickers that I bought. Great price and works perfectly for our need. Quick turn around as well. What more can you ask for.

We ordered business cards to be printed on CLEAR plastic stock. We have had these same cards printed by other vendors in the past, this was not our first go at it. We sent them the very same design other card companies have printed for us in the past, but what we got was totally useless. When we asked about them they constantly tried to blame us, and not once took any thread of responsibility. They asked us "do you understand what clear cards are?" and "But there is a reason why it was called clear business cards". Then later said that we didn't request a proof and they can not help us. what... They never once said "we can not print with solid color inks", or never said "we cant add a white ink background" instead they suggested we use white cards... WHAT... We supplied art work with a white background, they just removed it and printed the card without checking with us. THEY CHANGED OUR DESIGN AND PRINTED WITHOUT CONFIRMING WITH US. THEN BLAMED US FOR THE ISSUE. Just a really bad experience we deal with 100's of companies a month, and this company is the worst, snake oil to get people to place overpriced orders then stick you with the trash they produce. You can CLEARLY (pun intended) see the difference between the two cards in my attached image... UPrinting cards are pretty much useless, other printers cards are still printed on Clear stock (edges) so it has all of the positives of plastic, but can be read and used. Don't just take my word on it, you can find MANY similar complaints on the net, just google the other reviews for these people.

Terrible service from UPrinting... Waste of time. Used them in the past and had some problems with them stating uploaded files were not the right size, resolution etc...
Always been able to speak to somebody who seemed more knowledgeable than the first contact and were always able to get it done without having to resubmit files etc... Not this time though, different designs sent on exactly the same template as they've deemed acceptable other times are now not good enough (Too big, or resolution isn't good enough despite being exactly the same as other resolutions we've sent and had printed previously 300dp)i...
We'll be using somebody else for our stuff in the future... Painful experience unfortunately... And not just my experience judging by the reviews when you google them (I'll be adding to them myself after this debacle... Getting stuff like this shouldn't take two weeks... And forget their emails stating they'll get back to you in 12 hours

Plenty of places around that value their customers and want to do the work... Upinting is not one of them

I bought the expensive delivery package of 3 days delivery, the order was placed on a Thursday afternoon, in the night I reviewed the project and moved forward.
Before the purchase, I enquired in the chat if it would be possible to get it by the following Tuesday, and they advised me to pay $56 to have it faster.
By Friday morning, I got an email saying the shipment date would be the following Friday. Then I talked to the company, and they told me the printing would happen only on Monday because of the late confirmation and trying to figure out a way to have it faster; AGAIN, the recommendation was to pay an extra $96 to get it by THURSDAY (two days later than the time of purchase).
To have a better solution I asked the company if I find a better and faster way to get my product I could cancel, only because the printing time would only start Monday as they informed me. So that was the "Arrangement"
Five ours later I come back to the company if the solution and they told
That would be impossible to cancel because the order was already in the printing line.
They simply refuse to cancel my order and will deliver later than they previously agreed and I had to buy from another company that will provide it to me MONDAY.
Not nice!

In resume:
The company promised
The company overcharged to deliver fast
The company lied
The company refuses to be clear in the conversation
Now I had to pay for two projects thanks to the misleading of the Uprinting

The boxes I had made were so much nicer than I expected. I mail these ahead of my appointments and my clients love them.

From the design process to the delivery, UPrinting was the way to go! I will definitely use them again.

My business cards are of such a high quality, I believe they stand out from other business cards people may receive.
