Easy finding what we wanted. Only issue I had was there was no option for a flag kit. One including the pole and hardware. Had to purchase pole and hardware separately. Other than that, great flag and the parts that attach the flag to the pole have ball bearings, keeping the flag free to spin in the wind and stay unfurled.
Didn't realize was 2 pieced item but able to make it work. Looks amazing. Would have like for you ti center name plate and install but I took my time and got it on. Appreciate the quality frame to hold my hero's flag and honor him.

I originally purchased 3 indoor flag sets: USA, state & POW/MIA. The state and POW sets are beautiful. The USA set is rinky-dink - flimsy metal flagpole & finial top, and doesn't match the other two sets. I wish it had been more obvious on the website that it was a different setup, and/or that two indoor flag sets were offered for the USA flag so that I could have easily purchased 3 matching sets.
After a month and a half the flag seems to be a good quality, but getting it took an exceptionally long period of time, four to five weeks, due to a factory shut down.
This was the perfect way to honor my father from his funeral service, the flag case was better than I could of imaged, it was shipped super fast and packaged excellent
MY husband ordered after seeing the ad on TV. The process of oedering must have been painless. I did not know he ordered it. So far the flags and the flag rope seem to be of good quality. We'll see how they hold up to Wyoming wind! I was a bit disappointed in how long it took for part of my order to actually be shipped out. Apparently the warehouse was closed for a week? But this was not communicated to me during the ordering process.
There was a shipping delay of about two weeks but not notified upon placing order until I followed up via email. Otherwise, flag was perfect and as always very high quality.
My flag is on a pole attached to the front of the house. The flag I had was too thin and light and would too often wrap itself around the ple in a brisk wind. Your flag took care of that, thanks! 😊
Apparently this store believes that they should hang up on customers. No offer of callback, just voicemail and disconnect. This wasn't after business hours. I was going to buy a flag shadow box. Nope. I think I'll use a different vendor.
