They exceeded my expectations with shipment. It seemed like they wasted no time to pack my order and send it out. I appreciate it.

Easy to choose desired ítem and order it. The first time I ordered the Betsy Ross flag, UPS lost it. I phoned, very helpful service, and this time my flag arrived promptly. I really love the flag.

Ordered and received flagpole light and police decorative flagpole topper. The topper was tooo small and wouldn't fit my pole. USFS didn't want it returned and offered to credit my card a dollar amount to keep me from returning the topper. I accepted because USFS said I would be responsible for the return charge. First of all, the advertisement of the topper was very deceiving. It enlarged/enhanced the image to make it appear a lot larger than it actually is. I still would have wanted to return the topper even if it had fit my flagpole because you wouldn't have be able to see it on the top of the pole! The flagpole light I received was just fine. I don't believe I will order from or recommend USFS, but I'm still undecided.

I am a Patriot Guard, Sr Ride Captain. I fly 5 flags from my bike every time I ride. USA Flags usually last about a year. I am very unhappy with these they brush against adjacent flags and are getting quite abraded.

It's just a matter of selecting which item you want, then making your payment. No hassle. No fuss, and NO made in China garbage! Oh Happy Days! :)

I am happy with the flags I purchased. I am using them to display them in class. Students wer happy to see their country being represented and acknowledged.

The website was informative and allowed me to get all of the information that was needed to make my decision to purchase. The quality of the merchandise appeared better than their competitors... time will tell.

I ordered some mini flags for my son of countries that he has visited. The flags are on dowels but were easily removed and strung to make a pendant-style banner. He is happy with them.

Flag is made of flawless material. It's been up since day one around August 12 and of in time for my birthday. Even better! When I wear this one out I will buy another one from you guys. Hands down!

Order was not shipped until 3 weeks after order was placed, and arrived 6 days after I needed it. Along with that, I reached out on three separate occasions, 3 by email and once by phone, only getting a reply to the final contact.

The only downside was not having anything to hold the certificate and flag in place. We used some double-sided tape and it worked well.

They notified me that they were out of stock and offered a cancellation. I chose to wait and I received my package within a couple weeks. As soon as these are folded I will probably order moree.

It was just flags, what can I say. Too much asked for in this survey. Did you get it, and was it what you expected should be enough

There were a variety of products to choose from, the quality is generally good (a seam on the flag frayed not long after installation, but we sewed that back up), and some missing parts were promptly provided.

I originally ordered two different weight flags on the website. There was so many to choose from. It wasn't until I called and had a representative help me with the return and direct me to my state flag and the US flag that turned out to be perfect! Thanks for your help!

The beautiful flag was ordered seamlessly and the processed flowed like a flag in the wind! …the flag was ordered on the website with ease, shipped and arrived extremely fast, and the quality of the flag is gorgeous! I wish I could include a picture somehow so that you could see it hanging beautiful on the full wall!

Flags shipped to me fairly quickly, but these flags were not made in the USA they were made in China. That was disappointing.
