Very good pricing on product but shipping cost was more than the 5 flags that I bought. Very good quality; just too bad that they weren't "Made in the USA" items.

Only problem I have with the order is that all three gold ball ornaments that go on top of the three flagpoles were damaged. The thin aluminum was easily crushed by the weight of the flagpoles during shipping. More padding or a separate compartment for them should be part of preparing the flagpoles for shipment. I will be contacting customer service to request replacements.

Received 7 days earlier than when promised. All items were safely packaged in box. Outside packing tape was not completely "stuck" to box. Looked like it had not been completely "licked"

I take care of 12 flags in our age-related community... 5 flagpoles and 7 house-mounted flags (3'x5' & 2'x3')... I have found that the Super Knit Polyester US flags to be the best for longevity... replacing flags twice a year instead of 4 times as in the past... for the most part, replacement is due to sun-fade in the sunny Yuma, AZ, weather, rather than wear and tear...:-)

The price was so inexpensive that I figured the flags would be chintzy. Thankfully I was totally wrong.

My husband has wanted a U.S. Navy Flag for our 2013 Ultra Tri-Glide Harley since we bought her in 2013. Nobody stocked them, because they weren't fast sellers. I found this website, which is super easy to use, and I received my item right on time. (Ordered regular shipping on 9/13, and received 9/18). I didn't take it all the way out of the package, it's a Christmas gift, but what I did see, it looks great!

It's been 8 days since I placed my order and it is still "in process". Holds were placed on checking account for billed amount but never processed and eventually removed (unprocessed). Very disappointed. I'll give them 1 chance to fix it and if not, I cancel the order.

The flag was all that I expected, it arrived in a timely manner. Would order from this company again.

The product appears to be of good quality though one flag ring came without its set-screw. While I've decided to treat urn the item the rings because they don't look good on a crime pole, I think they would be just right on a white one.

Flag was ordered 9/6/17 and received 9/13/17. Service was adequate but not as prompt as I expected from reading the website.

The flags can in timely manner. Folded and wrapped pretty nice. I am not sure about the quality. However, if the quality is anything like my first order than I would probably rated a five star.
