This is the second time I have ordered flags for our church from this website. The site is easy to navigate. They have the flags I needed, American, Christian and Alabama. I received my flags quickly and was very satisfied with my whole experience. I also really liked that they except PayPal.
I have purchased from this company several times and found them to be a great store. The products I purchased were made in USA and pricing was more than fair. I will continue to purchase my flags and hardware as long as I can purchase US made products with great service and pricing.

I bought a 20ft residential pole from you about 3 weeks ago. I love it. Easy instructions of sitting it in the ground. We also took different size pc pipe and put inside the pole to give it more stability. The flag that came with it was beautiful. We couldn't find a light to shine on at night so we had to order one through you. We got it today. So have to wait 3 days for charging before we can use it. I am sure we will like it also.
A Marine tenant in our park has recently given our lake-side rv park flag pole a beautiful touch-up paint job. It is very important to him, as well as other veterans and non-vets in the park that we have a nice, fresh flag flying for the upcoming summer season. While ordering our large flags, I went ahead and ordered enough small flags for all tenants and guest to have one for our big 4th of July celebration. I ordered a Flag and pole to place on the grave of my husband. He was a Disabled American Veteran and died unexpectedly in 2015 just 3 days shy of his 50th birthday. He was a very patriotic soul his entire life and had always expressed that he didn't care how big his grave marker or stone was as long as an American Flag flew over his final resting spot. Thanks to United-states-flag I was able to afford a better quality flag and pole than I expected therefore giving him the memorial he deserves. Delivery was quick and shipping was free. Ready to order and super fast getting here. There was a little dent in one of the pores where they fit together from shipping but it was no problem & our Dad has his new flag pole ready to go.

Neither flag that I purchased was dimensioned as described. The "12x18 USA Flag" actually measured 12x19. The "12x18 not-Texas Flag" measured 11 3/8 x 19 and was a pathetic reproduction of the state's flag with the star perhaps 20 percent of the intended size and no where close to the middle of the blue field. I would not recommend The US Flag Store to anyone.
I wanted some spare hardware for my flag/flag pole, so I ordered from WalMart.com -- US Flag shipped my parts promptly -- very pleased.
I though I ordered one black spinner and one silver spinner, however I can see that by checkout it was changed to two black. So I got what I ordered, but not what I wanted.
Everything I have purchased including flags, flagpoles, and solar light that lights up my flag all the time, I have been very satisfied. With the solar light at the top of the flagpole I never have to take my flag down. Glad I found the website and highly recommend it.
Flags arrive at noon today. Packaging was broken open, but flags appear to be ok. Quick count shows that all 20 packs were present. Haven't counted the individual packs of 100 yet.
Box was twice as big as needed for the flags with no packing to fill up the space. Lucky they all seemed to come through.

I was having an awful time trying to jury-rig various silly devices to attach my flag securely to the flagpole. Without the real deal, nothing worked. The flag mounting rings that I just received worked perfectly. No more flags wrapped around the flagpole. Easy and secure!
