Have bought in a total of 6 turtles from them. One of which had its tail bent and came off halfway (Snapping Turtle). Not sure what happened, though the turtle is fine and healthy. Other than that specific problem, I had no other issue with these guys.

Just received my Baby Asian Water Monitor and he looks so cool. Seems to be perfect and with the size of his head and mouth, he'll have no problem eating the big boy Cricket's. Really love this guy and Underground Reptiles. A big plus with Underground Reptiles that I love, is that you can call them and actually talk to someone... not like some of the other places that will not talk to you on the phone. With Underground Reptiles you get personal attention that shows they care about the animal and the customer.

I have had my baby black and white Argentine tegu for about 2-3 weeks and she is darling. I was skeptical about ordering because I am up in Alaska, but the shipping was quick and she came happy and healthy. She has been sweet since day one! She loves to cuddle and always has to be on the bed wrapped in blankets. She is definitely a dog in lizard form! I can't wait to watch her grow.
I did a lot of research on Underground Reptiles before getting my baby. They have YouTube videos of the tegus and where they breed them. I was very impressed with everything. Ordered 1000 crickets to feed amphibians and received them with very few dead and the rest healthy and jumping! Typically in a 1000 cricket order there's a 5%-8% dead cricket ratio, I counted maybe two dozen at most. Thats awesome.

As I was skeptical to order live amphibians again after my previous experience receiving sick ones from a different website I took the chance and ordered anyways. I got my baby veiled chameleon about 9 days ago from underground reptiles he was clearly too young but at first he seemed okay he wouldn't eat much but I thought maybe because he was settling in but a few days later he stopped moving around stoped eating completely and wouldn't open his eyes I thought he might need a new light so I went and bought one next thing you know my precious bay passed he was obviously sent to me sick and underage would not recommend buying from here breaks my heart I lost my baby Rango
It was super easy to order exactly what I wanted the over night shipping was great except that the ups driver didn't let me know they arrived. Once everything g was set up for the critters I actually received a call to make sure I was satisfied and there were no problems. Absolutely recommend!
