I ordered a Russian Tortoise from Underground Reptiles for my son's birthday. I had never ordered a live animal before, and I was a bit nervous about it. She was shipped overnight and arrived healthy. I received a called from Underground Reptiles to make sure she had arrived and was safe. She has been with us for a month now (even went on a family road trip in her travel cage). She is active and friendly. I was very happy with my experience with this company. I would order from them again.

Talked to Ryan and tom, both were helpful in assisting me over the phone. Tom said he would make sure i got a healthy cham, even said he was going to hand pick the little guy himself (nice gesture). About 14hrs later i had a package in my hands. The chameleon looks great and very healthy. 2 Minutes after being in his new home, already eating crickets from my fingers and shortly after took what i would call a healthy looking poop. All good signs. Thank you everyone who helped.

My Sulcata hatchling just arrived not even 15 minutes ago and he was super active right out of the container! Started eating immediately, beautiful shell, and looks healthy overall! I'll definitely be turning to Underground Reptiles when I'm looking for animals or supplies in the future.
