My turtle came very poor and malnourished looking but not dead. After two days, my new baby turtle died. When I contacted them about it, all they said was well sense it wasn't dead on arrival they couldn't give me a full refund and only offered to send another at a discounted price and discounted shipping. So yeah, won't be buying from them again.
My first purchase of a red eyed tree frog and also from Underground Reptiles I wasn't sure what to expect ordering amphibians out of state. I was not disappointed in the service from start to finish. Quick reply to my questions and needs, friendly service, and fast on time shipping. A very smooth and easy transaction to have a amphibian or reptile of your liking! I ordered 3 dart frogs on Friday, and they processed and shipped within a few hours, and arrived less than 24 hours later, on the other side of the country. I can't think of another company that ships animals faster. Apart from the shipping, the frogs are in great health, and were packaged wonderfully. There isn't another company out there that can pair this level of high quality animals with top notch customer support. I would highly recommend them for all your reptile and amphibian needs.

A last minute decision to use UGR and I'm glad I did. I put the wrong billing address and they made it a easy fix. I was able to still get my order on time.

Got a underfed baby ball python took to vet said was very underweight and not fed super upsetting thought I was going to get a good purches very upset what I've been told and seen!

Our blue Iguana arrived looking thin and dehydrated but we were optimistic and thought it was due to the trip. We gave her food water and left her alone for 24 hours. She was lethargic and did not eat or drink. We hand fed her and gave her vitamins but she continued to look lethargic. Despite our best efforts she died on day 5. They did not even respond to my email. Will not order from here ever again.

Our baby slider turtles arrived on time and are so cute and healthy. They've already adjusted to their new home and seem to love their pond and basking rocks. Ordered and came the next day! So efficiently and quickly. The turtles were very well packaged. The box was labeled that there was live animals inside & to be careful with arrows pointing to which side UP. They were healthy and happy upon arrival!

Ease of placing an order was there as well as communication from staff to let me know my order was 1 day behind. I then received an email
1 1/2 hours after delivery which worked out great for me as I wasn't available for the delivery. I was able to get there and because packaging is insulated, my order was alive and well. I definitely recommend ordering as my order is also exactly what I requested.
