Under Armour is hands down one of the best companies. In addition to making great gear, their customer service is out of this world. It is not the cheapest stuff around but the quality is superb! If you have questions about UA, go to their site and go to the live chat feature. The people are very nice and knowledgeable.
Wow. Wish I had read these reviews sooner. I can't believe they can get away with this. My Under Armour order has said out for delivery for DAYS. I have been home almost the entire time. No evidence of a delivery. No notes left. I contaced Under Armour and they were terribly unhelpful. They don't actually give you a fedex tracking number either so I can't even take it up with them. Never. Ever. Ever. Again will I buy from them. They had no problem taking well over $100 for my order but seem unconcerned that I never got it.
I received a coupon code via email for $40 off $100 purchase. The code would not work. I contacted support via chat, Donald R gave me additional codes to try, none of which worked so he told me to call the 888 number and someone could take my order over the phone and apply discount. I called helpline and was on the phone with Devon J for at least 30-45 min. He too gave me additional codes to try, none of which worked. He then hung up on me with no explanation. I called back and got an after hours message and that I should send an email which I did - so far no response. Two days later I received an email to do a survey about their customer support - I did and rated them very poorly and gave my contact info and said I would be happy to talk with them about my experience. No response. Very disappointed in what I thought was a good company.
Omg what rubbish, first pair lasted less than a whole day wearing, exchanged, second pair even less wear again and they're falling apart, what a shamfull company, disgusting the prices we paye and the product only lasts 2 days if lucky before they start falling apart, unprofessional services and unprofessional gear. Paid $250 for rubbish.

The return policy states free up to 60 days for sized/colored items. I thought I could return the 2 sets of headphones I purchased and they said no because it was past the 60 days. I thought they would still accept them after 60 days with a storage fee. They are unopened and I have I have the receipt.
Don't waste your time purchasing from the website. Absolutely no customer service and when I tried to chat I was number 37 in the waiting list. I tried to purchase an item on sale for 4 hours but got an error message that high activity. Later that evening I got an email saying it was okay to purchase the item so I went back online and now the item is no longer available. This company sucks
I wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order. I selected 2 day shipping upon checkout. After I submitted the request, somehow my order was changed to standard shipping. I called UA first thing, and they told me there was nothing they could do. My order hadn't even been shipped yet. "It was too far along in the process." Seems stupid to send it out when all I'm going to do is send it right back. Completely useless people in customer service, and it took an hour for them to tell me this. I will not order from them again, and I'll be returning items to the store since shipping returns also seems to be an issue with them.
I tried ordering online with a gift card I had. Everything looked fine and it showed it applied the $100 balance of the gift card. When I went to process it said there was an issue processing the order. I call in and try over the phone then it says there's no balance. The rep says even if it doesn't go through it could take 2-3 business days for it to return the balance. Then he asks if I want to pay with a credit card. Their system can take money so fast and we're told it's going to take its sweet time refunding it back. We can sure send them another form of payment that we weren't planning on using. Now I'll have to wait over the weekend and see if I can try again sometime next week…
Bought a six pack of women's socks. The large logo, that sits on the top of your foot, has not had the threads trimmed from the reverse side. You can not wear them with shoes because of the lumpiness from the logo. Spent hours trimming off threads, etc. Eventually cut a hole in one pair trying to trim them to make them wearable. Will never purchase Under Armour anything again--when your product branding makes your products unuseable...
I ordered few items in offers and submit an exchange but they waiting weeks to processing and the items are sold out. Lost of time and I don't trust anymore in them. Bad business.I submit one star because I can't chose 0 stars.
The chat receptionist name was Jonathan. He doesn't seem to care about the delivery not being arrived at the customer's location. I was not surprised FedEx doing a terrible job in my city but as soon as I told him the delivery was not made for couple of days, he asked if I want to change the address without telling me it will cost extra $11 dollars. From my past experience, the service representatives could call the FedEx service center and request to make a delivery which will at least pressure them to actually reach my location and do their job but he wasn't even going to do that. Bad service. No more order from this site.
Ordered a pair of shoes... they were sent back because the package was damaged I was told 4 different days and times that they were re shipped but really they never did ship. So canceled my order and ordered through Nike got them within 2 days no problems!
Ordered an item waited about a week called to see when item would ship was told it was set to ship that day. Called again today 2 weeks out and was told item is sold out. However item is still for sale online but at a higher price. I was a huge underarmour shopper but that will be my last purchase. Sent to 3 diff customer services reps and still don't see where they have credited me for the item they "supposedly" no longer have
When it comes to returning and/or exchanging an item, UA is by far the absolute worst. How is it I returned an item to be exchanged because they sent the wrong size (ordered a 10, they sent a 7) and it took 10 business days just to process then another 5 or so days for shipping? C'mon really? 10 days to process. Not to mention I called after a few days from them receiving the return and someone said they just released it because it was stuck in the system. Really? So in total from the time I mailed the item back to the time I received the new item, 3 weeks!
Word of advice, make sure u order the correct item and size because trying to make an exchange is like pulling teeth
Purchased HOVR Phantom shoes, quality is really good and the cushion is fantastic to run on. I dogged them a lot I admit and I was out of the return timeframe but not by many days, they let me send it in and gave me a UA gift card for the shoes even though condition wasn't that great. Definitely seems fair to give me back something, I took it and purchased a newer version of those shoes and absolutely love them. Customer service was nice and told me it may take a while due to high ticket volumes but it was all taken care of within 2-3 weeks, I was very appreciative of that. I also like the fact I can do an exchange online myself and not have to wait for the item to be inspected and the new item approved (Nike). I also make it a point to scour their help section which states all their policies and procedures, very accessible and it's really all common sense. Keep up the good work UA.
Can't track my item that was sent out last Thursday will do nothing to try and help the situation basically we shipped it and it's no longer our problem call back in couple days if still nothing has been sent asked for supervisor won't get me one total waste of time and frustration don't order through Under Armour
When the UnderArmour CEO can't stand up to the pressure of a few prima donna's that don't like Trump, you need to grow a pair! Your reversal of how you feel is terrible and you should be ashamed. You need to hold your ground and if these uneducated prima donna's don't like it, find others. There are many other fine athletes out there that will help your sales. If I look at your stock lately, it looks like you need to change a few things anyway.
I bought several items that were listed as in stock. Unfortunately, two of the items were the wrong size. I contacted Under Armour about the issue within an hour of making the purchase. However, the live chat assistant provided poor communication and used slang words in their responses. Their attitude was uncaring, and their solution to the problem was to cancel my order and issue a refund. I filed a complaint and completed the customer satisfaction survey, but I haven't received any response yet. It has been almost a week, and I still haven't received my refund. This was not the level of service I expected, and as a result, I will not be shopping from them again.
I have ordered a 2nd pair of shoes, first time we got the wrong size but box size was correct-NOT the shoes. It took a month for reimbursement. 2nd order was a mistake because I decided to give them a 2nd chance…. BUT my order was never delivered but I received a delivery notice so I had to order another pair but in a different color since my original color no longer carried the size I wanted. I will never order online again, we are now in March and my initial order was in mid January. I had provided an online review through UA and it was denied! Clearly Under Armour is sweeping complaints under the rug. I also don't understand why pickup isn't available when I live minutes from the store and a factory near sandy point MD. Completely unsatisfied! Not worth it. Buy in store if you have too or don't shop there at all.
