Despite having an out of stock issue that I was only informed about a week after ordering, I was contacted by the lead customer service rep themselves. The situation was handled quickly and professionally. A week later my stunt sabers arrived and I was not disappointed. They are beautifully made, yet very sturdy for actual combat'.
The rates to actually pull a decent saber that is worth something are absolute trash, they are just trying to make you pay more for a garbage saber. Not only that, but they forgot to add in my retention screw! Also, when i found out that i had to pay extra for shipping taxes, i was livid. They should at least consider mentioning the possibility of a VAT tax. Not happy and probably wont ever purchase again.
The best looking and fully functioning sabers by far. The Emperors Hand definitely lived up to expectations. The Archon v3.1 was a gift for someone who totally loved it!
Shipping and delivery was fast ( to Australia), and my items were secure and well protected. I had a special request after my order was completed, and they still accommodated my needs. There was a lead time of up to 6 weeks of fabrication due to the high demands for sabers and they completed my order in 5. The shipping was quick as requested and the product is very surprisingly durable. I've already ordered 3 other sabers from them and they either came in before the 6 week dead line or earlier (one came in a week after ordering). Customer service did take a bit of time to get in touch with, but they did respond in the timeframe they said they would.
Love the item, the metal hilt has a weight to it but it's balanced out by the blade. Looks so realistic and the light that comes off of it is incredible (especially in the dark). Overall an amazing product and I'm so glad I bought it.
I placed an order last Sunday, and for $20 shipping, I just got my saber today. I'm in love with it, and just like my past few orders, it is amazing. I plan on buying more when I have the money to spend.
Very Impressed with the quality of the saber. Arrived in great shape and no lack in quality. The Customer service was very nice and answered all my questions on shipping and times. Only reason for not giving a 5 star review is due to the processing time. Understandably it took longer due to the holiday season, but I was quoted 6-10 days for processing on purchase date and it ended up taking 14. Great Company and great experience. Will be purchasing again soon!
Absolutely the worst customer service ever. My 13 year old son decided he was going to $150 of his money and purchase an ultra saber. He placed the order in the beginning of October and come to find out after weeks of asking for an update that one of the parts was out of stock and could take up to 12 weeks to come in. I called and emailed with little to no reply. Finally they responded stating they would refund the money but would be charging a 20% restocking fee. I'm not to sure what they were restocking as we never received anything. I told them that it was in poor taste to take the money as they did not deliver what they said would take weeks not months to come in. The refund is coming and they so kindly have taken over $30. I will never purchase anything from them in the future. They are a terrible company!
Very well done product. Love the Saber. Could be just mine, but getting the battery/controller out of the hilt is a little tight and a pain. Have to pry in at both sides to get it out which risks scratching. Other than that hiccup it's altogether a great product.
The bad: it took 8 weeks to receive my saber which is somewhat understandable in this pandemic but still seemed way longer than expected.
The good: Customer Service was responsive to me and expedited my order once they became aware of the issue; the quality of the saber is amazing; the packaging was well thought out and protective.
I will buy from them again knowing that it takes longer than claimed to produce the item. Other than that I am very satisfied with my purchase.
So i order a saver on Thursday an paid fedex over night shipping which was extra. So i can get it today Monday. As of today i haven't received an email saying it had been shipped so i called them and they don't answer they said the best way to contact them is through email so i emailed them and i received an automatic email saying they are really behind. So if you guys paid for fast delivery don't even pay more they will just take your money. You know they should put it before you placed your order that they are running 3-4 weeks behind. This was for my sons bday present that is on April 21 tomorrow and now what we have to wait for him to get his present. This really sucks. The saber is really fun but is having some issues with the charging port they installed I am waiting to hear back on customer service they told me I would hear back from them within 24 hours, its almost been that, so see if they hold up their end of the deal!
Terrible experience, no built saber, takes 20% of your money no matter what. Poor customer service, won't return calls, only email and slow response time. Terrible!
Although my saber took longer than expected to come in, customer service was there each step of way when I asked for update on my order. Due to current restrictions caused by the pandemic the team at ultra sabers was somewhat put at disadvantage. I'm super happy with the saber I received.
Fantastic service before the order, at time of order and after. Always responded to my many questions very promptly. Shipping was really fast after ordering and items securely wrapped. Quality is amazing, really sturdy design would definitely recommend Ultra Saber's as the place to go.
They're too expensive for what they are, which is a glorified, expensive toy! My order took to long to arrive and now they won't answer my emails about returning the products! They're stalling so that the 3 day return policy has expired! Waste of money!
I absolutely love this product. I went with a black handle and purple saber color. It turned out amazing, great quality and it makes me want to order another one. In my house there are a total of 5 products, and we love them all!
It took about a month to receive our two products, and the extra border tax made receiving the actual package a hassle (had to drive across town to pick up as it was not able to be dropped off). However, the quality of these sabers lives up to all the reviews on the website. These are speciality items that I believe to be worth it if this is really what you want. There isn't a better option out there for what these items are.

USPS Shipping is a scam it's about 3 months! (that's what Saberforge uses if you know what I mean lol)
The item I ordered took a lot longer than the stated 3-4 weeks but given certain global circumstances, I can understand the lengthy wait. Unfortunately, customer service was basically non-existent and questions, emails, and calls went unanswered. Otherwise a great product
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
