I can certainly understand current conditions but their customer service really sucks. There was no notice on the site about delays in shipping so I had sent 3 separate messages to their customer support just requesting an update. No replies were sent. It was only after I sent a message via my payment method that I was notified of the package being sent.

It was only two mystery sabers as a first ever purchase. Throw em in a box and ship em out.

I purchased this for my son in hopes it was a more durable light saber then all the toy like ones you find everywhere. It was of exceptional quality! We all love it an cannot wait to order another! We hope to get our next one with sound now that we know its definitely worth the money! Thank you for a great product!

I emailed them after my order to confirm a feature and it took them a week to get back to me. I'd like to send my saber back for additional upgrades, which I'm happy to pay for, but it's been five days and still no response. I ordered something from Saberforge, but they seem almost as bad. Not sure why it's so hard to return an email, especially when I'm wanting to give you more money.

Yep, I love the Lost Gray. It's sleek look just won me over. I'm currently using different blades and color discs to decide what I like best. Most definitely I'm looking forward to exploring the Obsidian V4's capabilities.

I understand that shipping times can be delayed during the Holidays, and I want to commend Ultra Sabers' customer service team on a speedy response, and follow through on getting me my order. I was very happy with the final product and will recommend the site to friends of mine.

I have written six emails since the beginning of December, with no replies. My order got shipped to a defunct address because I had no response to update my address. I had to pay an additional $20 to ship to a valid address. The mystery box I ordered guaranteed a saber worth at least $75 dollars. Mine is worth $70 on their website. Stunt saber, no sound. So, not only did I get ripped off, but not a single person will reach out to address this issue. They pride themselves on customer service, and maybe I'm an anomaly, but this is ridiculous. I never write negative reviews, but beware. I hope I get to update this in the future with a positive ending, but right now this is awful.

Incomplete order

I do not recommend this company at all they do not respond to emails and their phone number is just for show. My first saber showed up out the box the wrong color lucky it fixed itself because I still have not gotten a response. Then I made the mistake to buy a charger and four extra batteries but only received two batteries still no response. Sent emails to both emails provided on their phone message but no response. Buyers beware. Consider going to a galaxy far far away before buying from them.

Took more than 2 months to deliver, ok product but the worst customer service ever, chased them hard but they ignore emails and don't answer the phone, the only way to get a response is via making your feelings known on social media at which stage they will respond and come up with excuses. They are working hard to get more orders in and advertising everywhere, they should really deal with the orders that they have first. Its a good product but the worst service ever. Dealing with this company is draining and I would stay away. If you have ordered already and they are playing games then just take to facebook and this will wake them up, otherwise you will just be ignored. Such a shame as they should realise that a large proportion of there customers are kids and this is no way to treat children, very embarrassing. Do yourself a favour and stay away from these people.

These sabers are really well made, and offer a lot of variety among the hilts as well as what options are available. They were willing to do a slight customization on both my orders, which I really appreciate. Once the order ships, it gets to you very quickly (continental US).

Ultra Sabers was great! There was an issue with the shipping address that Amazon pay would not fix, and they took care of me making sure the details got sorted out, and they responded very quickly to all my questions and concerns.

I would buy from them again for sure

Outstanding!

My first lightsaber and I love it! Super high quality construction. It looks great, sounds great, and it's durable. The hilt is heavier than I expected (in a good way). I've built an entire new cosplay around it! Highly recommend Ultra Sabers - will buy more in the future from them!

The whole process did take some time, but they are swamped with orders so i understand. Customer service was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and got me updated on my purchase. The $75 mystery box is what I ordered and I got much more than what i bargained for! The saber had sound and was excellent. The packaging is elite and there was no damage at all to anything. It came with batteries that were ready to use, and they didn't miss anything about the order. I am extremely impressed. I recommend this saber over any other saber.

Didn't have Hilt I ordered after already being a month late. Only communicates through 1 email a day (if you're lucky). Took over two weeks just to conclude my order after telling me they didn't have it. Product came with all the screws loose on the hilt. A couple fall out and I have to make sure they don't get lost. Overall a good product but not worth the headache of receiving it unless you don't have any expectations of when you receive it.

Very happy

Although I waited a little over a month, I do understand that these are custom built, and I'm very pleased with my light saber. The blade is sturdy and bright, and the hilt feels hefty and like the real deal in my hand. Looks amazing mounted above my PC, and I'm sure it will look great for my Rey cosplay as well. Thanks so much!

Everything looks great. Clean looking, awesome LED affect and durable. The only thing is the sound is ok, but off. Doesn't always work in motion. Takes a few swings to set it off. I didn't pay top dollar for sound but, could be a bit better.

Freaking Awesome

The last two purchases I made are gifts, and the recipients LOVED them!
Between friends and family we now have a total of 14 sabers. The $75 mystery box is always exciting, you just don't know what you will get, and have yet to be disappointed.

Disappointed

We had an issue with our order and could not get anyone to respond to us by email or phone at all for many months. No one answers the phone or returns a voice mail. They tell you you'll get a quicker more prompt response by leaving an email. Not true. I had to ask a neighboring business to walk over there and ask SOMEONE to get back to me regarding my order. Finally after many more weeks I received an email. Great product if your in no hurry (months) and then hope you don't need help with anything.

Although I had to wait longer than expected and I even had to contact them to find out when will I be receiving my Saber, I have to say that it looks good. A friend who has bought from them in the past recommended to go with the "mystery box" way first as they can be very expensive. But now that I have one, I do plan on buying another that I will most likely have custom. Just need to sell my motorcycle, work 3 jobs or don't eat for 6 months to save up for another one. Kidding aside, I think they really look good and are worth the price if they can handle rough play. Haven't had the chance to do that yet. Love the fact that you can really customize your own personal saber. Of course that's where it gets expensive.

I ordered 4 low tier sabers without sound. All the sabers work fine and look good enough for the price. There is some uneven light scattering from the LED but it is only noticeable when using a blade plug. I ordered a saber stand and it did not come in my package. I contacted customer support and they shipped it out to me right away.

Was very pleased to receive the actual hilt I was originally looking at to start off with. Not sure what color the LEDs are meant to mimic but is a light greenish ice blue mix. Other then that it is amazing. Can't wait to get another that has sound... I'd send a pick but my phone won't download it to jpeg format...
