I bought $120 worth of 2 light sabers
They shipped me 2 pieces of metal. That's it no nothing just metal. I also ordered a stand I never got. They were rude when I explained this to them and ignored me emails for weeks. Don't shop here

Christmas Presents
January 27, 2021

I ordered 3 sabers for my kids as Christmas Presents. When there was a problem with not having the correct color switch, customer service emailed me to notify and asked what I would like to do. They answered my questions quickly and we went ahead and changed to colors. The sabers arrived within a week and to say my kids were ecstatic is an understatement of the years. We will definitely be ordering again. The only thing is that too add sound is a 100.00 per saber which for me is a little steep

I sent few mails asking for the delayed deliver, it is difficult to get in touch with them. Finally, thy answered saying my product was not in stock. I changed my order and then all went very well. So my review is PLEASE improve your answers to customers

I had a good experience with this company. They sent out what I ordered and responded back to my inquiry when I emailed. The products work great ready to go when I got them, my daughter and I really like them. If they had a customer service rep answering phone calls I bet they would get a ton more orders though and grow much faster. A custom product takes time to manufacture and to ship out, people need to stop freaking out because it took 3 weeks to ship out or a little more. It's not like this product is medicine that will cure an illness and is needed asap. Society has gotten to the point that everything is needed asap and right away otherwise it isn't good. That's wrong. Good things come to those who wait. If you need something earlier order it in advance.

Order took 6 weeks to ship. Tried contacting the company multiple times through email and phone but never got an answer. 2 days after I submitted a PayPal claim, I finally got a shipping label. No explanation. Quality was on point but there was no communication at all.

My grandmaster is gorgeous! Giving me all the Bada$$ feels. I love being able to change the sounds & the colors. The customer service was excellent, never making me feel foolish for my lack of knowledge. It helped me get exactly what I wanted. The best part was that I got it so quickly

I found the hilt a bit more unwieldy than I hoped, so spins are difficult, but someone helped me add weights so that it was better balanced. It's been great as a first saber--sturdy; bright; great for practicing with!

Worth the wait

My order took longer than expected to ship, however it was definitely worth it. The product is amazing. Extremely high quality, a great display piece and a lot of fun to use. I'm already tempted to buy another saber!

Had some issues with FedEx damaging my product so I needed to send it back to get replaced. Customer service rep was very polite and fast at responding to emails. However, when I received my replacement, a major piece was missing so that needed to be sent out separately a week later which further delayed me receiving my final product. It took over a month to finally receive what I originally purchased without any problems. Other than that, my experience was good with this company.

Love there product!

The ultra saber is both quality and intricate. There checkout process is a great way to make sure your getting exactly what you want, and it's customized to specific sabers. There software works flawlessly, I've not been able to find any glitches in the software. The led lights perform beautifully, the sounds are crisp. And fit all movements. Excellent product! (they are a small operation so during busy times they may take a while to respond, but they will respond and ready to help with your concerns)

Perfect gift for someone on the dark side.

So I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend for our anniversary. I loved the options ultrasabers had and my friends helped me pick out the right parts and colors. I even got him a combat and show blade too. Quality is top notch and the blades are perfect. Shipping was fast and tracking was spot on. Can't wait to get another one from you guys.

The only reason I have given a 4/5 star rating is because I order a mystery box saber back in the third week of January and am only just getting it. That being said, when I contact US about the purchase they were quick to get back to me, apologized and explained the situation, which was also understandable. When you go to buy a saber please note that they are a hard working shop, all of their Sabers are incredible quality and you wont find better ones, or a larger selection, for the prices you pay, they do have a disclaimer that at times of high amounts of orders you might not get your saber when you want or as fast as you want, again thats understandable, would you honestly want a rushed saber? These things are hand maid, dont rush quality. Anyways, the company was great about my order being late, they even upped the shipping to express for me without charging me. I preach to people about this company. Thanks.

Simple, yet great.

I received my saber between 2-3 weeks of ordering; a respectable time to receive a product like this. The Ultrasabers hilt designs are simple yet enough. The color is a solid and bright deep orange like I expected with the blades seeming high quality in structure. I'm excited to use this as props for different applications. Thanks Ultrasabers!

It's a great feeling taking the sword for the first time. Its weight is perfect, the resistance too; it can hit solid things that it won't break (if you're not a beast ofc). And the light and sounds produced... I just love them.
If you have some trouble connecting it to your pc or modifying the led or sounds configuration, you can find all the info you need on their web.
Definitely one of the best presents I've received.

Ultrasabers put double the value of the sabers in the commercial invoice - so I paid double taxes and import fees. They won't respond to me in trying to resolve the issue - in which they have admitted fault. I offered a very fair solution, but they are clearly hoping I'll just go away. There was no need for this, and a simple level of decency would have meant an amicable resolution. Very disappointed, and won't be dealing with them again.

I really just ordered a couple blades, so not much to comment on. They came in relatively short order and no real complaints in regard to quality. I did have to sand them both down to use them in any of my sabers. But that seems to be the way it is unless you get from specific vendors that are known to have slightly slimmer OD on there blades.

If they ever send your order, it's after they're our of stock on items that were in stock when they took your money. I ordered six sabres at a discount after they forgot about my first single order. At a discount the order was over $800 by the time they got to it seven weeks later, two sabre hilts were out of stock. I chose different ones to be done with it, they shipped, I received them. The Grand Master with sound that was $300 by itself wast completely assembled. One was a staff which I paid extra $40 for quick coupler, no coupler. All this and they don't ship with a packing slip of any kind. Real $#*! show, I emailed of course, about the missing coupler last week, still waiting. Customer service is a joke, pride as a company is obviously a joke. I gave them a big second chance and they flopped.

Quality product

The price point on the sabers are very good considering the quality of the build, both of my orders came out just as I expected, the hilts themselves are a little on the larger side however that is understandable considering what goes into them. A definite recommend to any Star Wars fan.

I am very pleased, and I pleased at the same time, the craftsmanship of these sabers are uncanny and nothing like I've ever held before l. I want to order more but they got my saber color wrong, I ordered the violet amethyst color and for some reason u ended up w a cyan type blade. Other than that I am pleased with the quality. I tried emailing them to see what they can help me out with but no reply..
