Everything is nice and shipping was decent, but everytime I barely swing the saber the light will cut off, and I try switching it off and on but no light, I have to tap the hilt until it'll eventually start working again. Kind of a bummer seeing as this is supposed to be a stunt saber you can spar with but I can't move it around without it turning off. Looks nice though.
Over all the product is great, sturdy durable and worth the money. However I haven't been able to remove battery pack to change batteries and communication is not great sent a few emails for a some questions never received an answer
We got lightsabers for my daughter and her boyfriend. Both are high quality and the attention to detail is amazing! Customer Service was great about getting back to me very quickly when I had questions and they were delivered much faster than expected! I would buy from them again and I highly recommend them.
I don't want to fault the company too much, because they do make a nice product and from what I see myself it looks like the company deals with some extremely high volume, but that being said they are very slow at responses, even past their standard 'it takes us a month to get back to you'. So if you're going to order from here, you will get a great product and you will get your moneys worth, but be prepared to wait for a response from them if you need anything special, or as in my case the shipping address changed.
We got our mystery boxes (ordered 2). Got stunt sabers, but still completely impressed with the quality. Will be ordering a couple more when my wife gives me permission (happy wife, happy life after all).
Quality was good. Long wait time as expected. Customer service could be better, such as answering emails and phone calls. I also received an email on both of my purchases that some parts of my sabers were not available. They did give me alternate options but when i customize a saber, that's what i want. They did give me the option to wait until the parts were available but it would have added another 3-4 weeks on my already month long wait. No hate for this company as i do love my sabers. Just a couple things to know before buying.
The shipping time was long, but my sabers got here sooner than I expected (especially because of covid). The tip of the saber has already fallen off of one of them, after having them for less than 48 hours (just from swinging them around, not actual sword combat). I had to put bubble wrap inside of the hilt because the batteries inside move around quite a bit. Other than those errors, the sabers look great, the stand works well, the hilts are pristine and the saber staff attachment works like a charm. I can't say that I'd recommend these sabers for those looking to spar with them, but rather if you want to collect instead.
Package arrived early, on time, with signature required add-on. Nice product, well made and beautiful. The only critique i would offer is that i wish the button switch was in a location away from where my hand rests on the hilt. That can be cumbersome.
I had a decent idea of what to expect but I was still pretty skeptical until it finally arrived. Just holding this thing in your hands feels awesome. Not to mention turning it on in a dark room, it always makes people wow. I'm extremely pleased with my saber and I cannot wait to order another one!
My son really wanted a light saber for his birthday but didn't let me know until about 10 days before the day. I didn't think we had time because they have to build it, but I contacted Ultra Sabers and they made it happen! Thanks!

I placed an order 12/3 and have had no communication as of 12/20. No response to multiple emails. I have no idea if my 2 gifts will arrive before Christmas. Are they still in business or is this a scam.
I ordered 2 mystery box sabers and am very happy with what I received. They were at my door within 2 days of the ship date. That may be because I live in the same state, but I was pleasantly surprised regardless. Great company, I've already recommended them to friends and family, and plan on buying more in the future.
My order was processed in less than 48 hours and shipped a day or 2 after that. Had it not been for a FedEx weather delay, I probably would've received my sabers within a week! Great quality and customer service!
I had been considering buying a saber from here for a few years and finally decided to get one. All the custom choices were accurate. Customer service is great: I placed my order during a promotion but forgot to enter the promo code; customer service were able to retroactively apply the code after verifying my order qualified. I gave four stars for two reasons: the time from order to delivery was about a month without any indication it would take that long; also, my blade arrived with white spots, which I am guessing is the results of dents during shipping.
I ordered mt Light saber for my Daughter on May 7... I realize the May 4th rush was huge after the Mandelorian came out. My first order somehow didn't include the shipping cost so I had to by 18 buck worth of credits to pay for shipping. The second order in June, I wanted a Violet Amethyst colored blade and put it into my configuration. When I placed the order I noticed the blade was still the standard red. I contacted customer service who helped initially, but later they dropped off the planet. A month later I got it straightened out (i think) and i'm waiting to see what they send.
Received my mystery box fairly quickly after the holiday rush and I am very satisfied. It ended up matching my other Grab Bag saber I had previously purchased, just in a different color. Love the AV switch on it! I get tons of compliments from other people as we duel on how well they handle stress, how sturdy the blades are, and the quality of craftsmanship! Will definitely be buying more in the future!
This only being my second order, but it was a large order of two saber staffs two 75$ mystery sabers and two 200$ mystery sabers. All sabers are fine crafted as I was expecting. No complaints on anything. They arrived quickly before expected time.
I bought the dark initiate v4 in tri-adgean silver with color discs. It ended up being a really quality product, even though I was sceptical at first, since i have never bought one before. The only bad thing about the saber was that it took the better part of 2 months to arrive. The hilt is surprisingly sturdy, and the light is very bright, even with two color discs in at once. I only wish the discs themselves would be more absolute colors. The red, green, and blue, should show up as their respective color. Instead, you have to experiment with them to see what looks nice.
The product worked just as I had hoped. Material quality was fantastic and features went above and beyond my expectations. Delivery through Fedex was even quicker then expected arrived in 3 days. I would defiantly purchase another ultra Sabre and recommend to my peers.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
