Really good quality and I think the whole mystery box lightsaber was an amazing idea that was for sure awesome to see open and get. However, I wish the option to switch the color or anything else was less expensive but I understand why.

I had passed by their booth a few times at Dallas Fan Expo 2022 and was intrigued by their mystery box. So when I decided to buy it they were helpful and efficient. Would highly recommend their products.
I ordered a Saber and later ordered a plug for display. I accidentaly put in my old address which I realized the next day and attempted to contact them to fix, it had already been shipped and was subsequently returned to sender. I contacted them in order to try and get it fixed. They didnt respond and I forgot about it for a couple months. When I remembered they said it was lost in their mail room and they would contact me when they found it. A YEAR LATER, I contacted them asking for an update as I figured covid had hit them hard so give them a chance. They responded with oh we found it please pay a small shipping charge and we will get it sent, I payed the charge and gave them my correct address only for it to be sent back to sender (and mysteriously routed through my old post office not my current one) and then asked to pay for shipping again. Needless to say I will never order from them again.
I ordered sabers for Dallas Fan Expo and didn't realize you would have a booth! Purchased 2 more via grab box and parts for the order being verified.

The lightsabers are pretty cool, Sfx are pretty loud leading to a good feel to them. Many feel quite weighty as well.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
