We are not too happy with the colour of the light. We ordered a 'red' light saber, but unfortunately the colour is more orange than red. Also because we live in Canada, with delivery, customs and taxes, it doubled the price.

Wasnt to sure about getting the grab bag im really interested in the quality of the lightsaber since it might have minor flaws also ive been told the tips of your blades fall off easily

So far so good...wish there were more Black Friday deals! Expected delivery was Saturday but it came on Tuesday. Not a problem but I was kind of disappointed about that.
Seriously Ultrasabers, I have looked everywhere online for the perfect store and I found that you created the best looking sabers. I found a lot of cynical people moaning over the all the 'mishaps' over their bad experience but honestly, I am not seeing it! Emory has been nothing but the best in regards to customer service and I have still been talking to him for questions related to my AV switch. I am greatly satisfied with the transaction speed and quick replies on email.
Love the custom design options! Really makes it fun to create something special for the one you love or for yourself. Will definitely get another one.
